Our bodies are amazing! They let us play, run, and have fun every day. When our bodies are healthy, we feel strong and full of energy. But if we don't take care of them, we can get sick or hurt.  That's why it's so important to take care of ourselves.

Parents must tell their children to exercise often because exercise is very useful to them. Exercise makes children healthy. At the same time, it can help to make children clever. This helps them to be good at their subjects and do many things very well.

Do you like running? When you run, you may find trash （垃圾）everywhere. Do you just go past it? Or do you stop and pick it up（拾起）？In Sweden（瑞典）,there is a very popular sport. They call it "plogging". That means running slowly and picking up trash.

The Swedish like to plog on weekends, because they think plogging is good for the earth and their health. They hope to make the world more beautiful when doing sports. They always carry a trash bag when they are plogging. And they pick up the trash along the way. After picking up the trash, they put them into different trash bins (垃圾桶). What's more, plogging is a good way to keep healthy. After running for 30

minutes, you will lose about 235 calories（卡路里）.But after plogging for 30 minutes, you will lose about 288 calories. So plogging is a new way for us to keep healthy.

Plogging started from Sweden, but it is becoming popular all over the world now. More and more people start to do the sport. Do you want to join them?

How are you？It has been a month since my family left Hong Kong for England and we are fine.

England is very different from Hong Kong. The weather is terrible and it rains a lot. The buildings are funny. They are in rows and not high. I love them because the rooms are much larger. I'm having a wonderful time at my new school and my new home！

Mum and Dad are happy with their new jobs. But my brother Jack doesn't like moving to England because he misses his friends so much.

I've made lots of new friends at school. My teachers are really nice too and my English has improved a lot. After school，we can take part in relaxing activities such as sports，watching films or playing computer games. There's a park near the school where I often go with the other students at the weekend.

We are travelling back to Hong Kong for the summer holiday. I will visit you and bring you a present！

Scientists think that there1 life on the earth for hundreds of millions of years. However, we have not found life on any other planets2 . 

The earth is a planet and it3 around the sun. Seven other planets also go around the sun.4 of them has an environment like that of the earth, so scientists do not think they will find life on them. The sun and the objects that orbit it are called the solar system, and our solar system is a small part of a much larger group of stars and planets, 5 the Galaxy or the Milky Way. There are billions of stars in the Galaxy, and our sun is only one of them. 

Scientists have also discovered many other galaxies in the universe. They are very far away and their light has to travel for many years to reach us. So6 is the universe? It is impossible to imagine. 

Scientists have sent spaceships to the planet Mars 7 . They have even sent spaceships to travel outside the solar system. However, no spaceship has travelled 8 to reach other stars in our Galaxy.
