Stress is normal in life.

Unlike Western dragons. Chinese loongs traditionally symbolize strơng powers that can help people. They control over water and ensure a good harvest（收成）. The loong is important in Chinese culture and﹣ has been popular throughout Chinese history. 

In China，newborns in such years as 1988，2000. 2012，2024，are called"loong babies. "They are thought to be blessed with bravery and wisdom characteristic of the Chinese loongs. Parents wish their kids to "become loongs". expecting their children to get future success. It is hoped that their children will get some achievements in life with a good education and hard work. 

The Western idea of dragon is not the same as that of the Chinese dragon. If you want to express ideas related to the Chinese dragon，then you should use the word"loong". For example： "I was born in the year of the loong"or"Happy the Year of the Loong". 

 These days，many young people always say，"I feel a bit'emo'. "The word means"emotional". It means someone has strong feelings. 

Everyone has bad feelings from time to time. You may feel unhappy when you get a low score in an exam. The emotions build up and then explode（爆发） at some point. They make you shout and cry. You may not want to eat，speak，or play.

The scientists tested how long volunteers could hold their hands in very cold water. In the first group，they were allowed to shout"ow"when they felt pain. In another group they had to stay silent. The results showed that volunteers were able to keep their hands in the cold water for longer when they were allowed to shout out. Shouting out"ow"helps humans feel less pain and add the time. 

What's more，scientists have also found that different languages have similar expressions of pain. While cries of"ow"or"ouch"are heard in English，South Africans yell"eina"

These languages have one thing in common：when people shout them，the mouth simply opens，the tongue（舌头）（嘴唇） unrounded. It is a simple sound that requires little control，so it's easy to make a big sound. For the reasons

Hello, Tina. How's it going? Now I am writing to  you about my weekend life. You want to know that, right?

 I work in a restaurant on Saturday. The restaurant is not far my home. It is about two kilometers away. To get there, I have to go across a  (noise) street. So I usually get up at 6:
