Being a good listener is important.  When you are at work, it can make you better understand your tasks and help you open your minds.  However, the fact is that most people aren't really listening to another person. Instead, they are actually thinking about what they should say in reply. If you want to know how to be a good listener, read on to get started.

Dumplings are traditional Chinese food.  They not only fill your stomach (胃 )  but also warm your heart. Dumplings first appeared in  the late Spring and Autumn period".  And people in different places make them in their own ways.  Everyone, young or old, loves eating dumplings, especially during holidays.

Making dumplings starts with common ingredients. Then,  get the filling (馅料)  ready.  Roll the dough into small, round pieces, put the filling in the middle, and fold the dough shut.  After that, you can cook them by boiling, steaming or frying.

 Steamed dumplings are soft and have juicy fillings. Some dumplings even have sweet red bean paste inside.  These cooking ways make dumplings taste different but all delicious.

Dumplings are great for all kinds of times.  Families often make dumplings together during festivals. Alot of cooking lovers try to create new fillings to make dumplings a great dish.
