As an old saying goes, "Never put off until tomorrow what you can do today. " It's about a problem many of us have. The problem is procrastination(拖延症). When procrastination becomes a habit, it can make our lives terrible. Here is some advice for you!

Before your day ends, make a plan fortomorrow. Begin each new day with a clear start. Always keep your plan with you. It can tell you what you need to do first and next. 

You may feel it's impossible before beginning. So try to do it in small steps. Begin by breaking up your task(任务) into smaller parts and finish one part at a time. 

If your workplace is untidy and full of things, you'll need to make some changes. You may need to take away something useless. 

The hardest part about any task is getting started. That's why so many people don't begin their work until the last minute. One way to solve this problem is to try to work on it for only five minutes. Then decide whether or not to continue. Surprisingly, once you begin, you may be able to keep going and finish the task.

①What do you want to be when you grow up? And what's an ideal job? In our hearts, we all dream of an ideal job. However, each of us has our own idea of what this job should really be. As for me, it has to do with the kind of work, the working hours and the income(收入). 

②First, different people choose different kinds of work for themselves. Everyone chooses an ideal kind of work for himself. For example, some people work better if they know all the duties of the job and are able to do it. But some people may like a challenging job better, so they have to overcome a lot of difficulties by themselves.

However, if teachers want children to do some reading or keep quiet to think about something, a room with cool colors may be a better choice.

Blue, purple and green are cool colors. They can make students quiet and calm. Blue is great for bookcases, desks and chairs of the reading area. Green is a good choice for libraries and art rooms.

In primary schools, it's good to use more warm colors. They help young kids learn something new fast. In middle schools or high schools, there can be more cool colors. These colors help young teens focus on their study and help them feel relaxed.

Seeing this, his grandmother comes and talks to him to make him feel good. She sits down next to Sam and gives him a pencil. Sam looks at his grandmother and doesn't take it.

"Things like this are only for students who do well. I don't do well," Sam says.

Sam's grandmother says, "It's not a present for you. I want you to learn something from it. The pencil is just like you. It gets a painful sharpening (痛苦的削磨), just like how you get the pain of not doing well in your test."
