You will need a plastic bottle, scissors, crayons, glue and small things like paper stars and leaves. Here are the steps. 

※ Cut the bottle

Cut off the top part with scissors. Be careful not to hurt yourself.

Paint the bottle any color you like. Use crayons to draw lines or dots（圆点）。

※ Decorate（装饰）the bottle

 Press them for ten seconds. 

※ Dry and use

Wait 5 minutes to let it dry. Put your pens inside. Now you have a new pen holder!

Do you want to be a"Chao-Teen"（超少年）? Do you know it names after Zhang Chao, a hero who was born in Yueyang? When he was young, he had a big dream of flying in the sky. In 2004, he joined the army. 

During his time as a pilot, Zhang Chao was really talented and hard - working. He flew different kinds of fighter planes. In 2015, he became a carrier-based pilot（舰载机飞行员）。Landing on a carrier is very dangerous. It's like"dancing on the tip of a knife". But Zhang Chao wasn't afraid. He wanted to take on this difficult challenge. On April 27, 2016, during a training, there was something wrong with the electrical transmission（电力传输）. At that dangerous moment, he tried his best to save the plane and didn't want to give it up. But in the end, he sacrificed（牺牲）because the height was too low when he ejected（弹出舱）。

Zhang Chao's brave story touched a lot of people. After his death, he was rewarded many honors, like" The Strong Pioneer Chasing Dreams in the Sea and Sky". His spirit not only makes young people brave, but also encourages them to work harder for our country. His story shows us that people would give up a lot, even their lives, to protect our country.

Weight Management Year: A National Plan for Healthier Lives

In our country, the government has started a three-year action plan called "Weight Management Year". This program aims to help people understand the importance of controlling a healthy weight. 

Many people have problems with being very overweight. Being overweight not only influences appearance but also causes serious health problems. What's worse, overweight can even make people suffer from psychological issues (心理问题), such as depression (抑郁) and anxiety (焦虑). So, weight management has become an important part of many people's lives. 

The plan includes activities like sports events, healthy eating workshops, and fun challenges. School will teach students about nutrition (营养) and exercise. Students are encouraged to eat a balanced diet with more fruit and vegetables and to play sports more often. Everyone is supposed to have enough sleep and be happy all the time. By working together, we can create a healthier community. 

The government believes that by living a healthy lifestyle, we can reduce some diseases like high blood pressure (高血压), diabetes (糖尿病), and heart problems. 

Let's join together and make our country healthier.

For me, exams aren't just about checking what I've learned—they're also a chance to improve (提高) my study skills. Here's how I make use of every exam. 

Before an exam, I review what I've learned by looking at the textbook's table of contents (目录).  In the last 10 minutes before the exam, I often do a few simple problems to build up my confidence and get in the right mindset (思维模式). 

During the exam, I answer each question carefully.  The time limit (限制) and formal (正式的) setting help me improve my test-taking skills. I always plan how to use my time for each part of the exam and decide the best order to answer the questions. With more practice, I've found a rhythm (节奏) that works for me because I believe the best method is the one that works best for you. 

 I look at my mistakes, work out where I went wrong and think about how I managed my time. I like to write down what I learned in a personal "exam handbook" and read it before the next exam to make myself think of past mistakes and important things to remember.
