Last month we asked our students about their free time activities. Our1 were about exercise, use of the internet and watching TV. Here are the results. 

We2 only 15% of our students exercise every day. 45% exercise four to six times a week. 20% exercise only one to three times a week. And 20% do not exercise at all!

We all know that many students often go online,3 we were surprised that 90% of them use the internet every day. The other 10% use it4 three or four times a week. Most students use it for fun and not for homework. 

The answers about watching television were5 surprising and interesting. Only 2% of the students watch TV one to three times a week. 13% watch TV four to six times a week. And 85% watch TV every day!Many students like to watch sports, and basketball games are the most6 . 

It is good to relax by using the internet or watching game shows, but we think the best way to relax is7 exercise. It is healthy for both the8 and the body. Exercise such as playing sports is fun, and you can9 time with your friends and family when you play together. And remember, "Old habits die hard. So start exercising10 it's too late! Be active to be healthy.

Teachers play a more and more important role in our life and society. With the development of modern education, their status has been rising greatly.

Modern schools provide better conditions for teachers. They have more chances to learn new knowledge and improve their skills. With the help of new technology, teachers can teach students in more interesting ways. This makes students love learning more and respect teachers more. 

So far, more people have realized the value of teachers' work. They get a strong sense of achievement from helping students grow up. It is clear that the rising status of teachers is a good change for education. We should always respect and thank our teachers.

In fact, we should learn to be wise shoppers. When we buy things, we should choose good shops and check the products. If we have problems, we can ask our parents or teachers for help. They can give us some  suggestions. We should get over our fear and learn to protect our rights. 

Shopping can make us happy, but we must not  money. We can reduce unnecessary spending . When we buy wisely, we will be satisfied with a shopping experience and feel happy. In this way, we can enjoy a safe and happy shopping life.

Jason is an online doctor who works for a nonprofit organization (非营利性组织). His main job is to give free medical advice to families who can't afford (负担得起) regular healthcare.
