I have changed a lot since 

Looking back at my three years in junior high school, I feel happy and proud. Each year had special moments that helped me grow.

Joining the school soccer team was my best decision in Grade 7. We practiced hard every day, even when it rained. During the city competition, I passed the ball to my teammate in the last minute. When he scored, we all jumped and hugged! Winning taught me that working together is stronger than playing alone.

Something unforgettable happened in the second year. My classmates and I organized a charity sale to help children in need. It was my first time to be a volunteer. We made toys from old bottles and sold homemade cookies. At first, I was shy to talk to strangers, but seeing people donate money made me brave. Later, we visited a children's home. A girl named Xiao Mei held the storybook I gave her and smiled. That day, I learned even small help can make a big difference, and I realized how meaningful it is to give back to society.

This final year, I faced challenges too. I used to hate speaking in class. Then my English teacher, Mr. Wang, encouraged me to join a speech contest. My hands were shaking, but his thumbs-up gave me courage. Though I didn't win first prize, my classmates clapped loudly! Now I can answer questions without fear. My English grades improved too!

Technology can be a great way to learn. Apps, games, and websites make fun. But it's easy to spend too  time looking at screens. So, it's important for students of all ages to know  to use technology in the right way.

Our brain works differently when we read  a screen compared to reading a book. Screens have things that can take our attention away. Reading a book helps us understand better and remember things more  . Writing by hand  also better for our brain than typing（打字）. When we write, we think more about what we' re writing, which is harder than just typing.

Spending too much time on screens can be bad for kids. It can make it harder to focus（集中）, do  in school, sleep, and exercise. Too much time with technology can also make it harder for kids to make  in real life, which can make them feel lonely.

It's not always clear if technology helps us learn better. Technology can be great for learning,  it can also be dangerous. Parents and teachers can't stop kids from using technology, but they can help  know when and how to use it in the right way.

It is widely known that China has the most advanced high-speed railway network in the world. Now, the country is breaking its own speed record with CR450.

CR450 can travel at 400 kilometers per hour on average with a top speed hitting 453kilometers per hour. Before this, the fastest high-speed train operating in a rail network in the world is China's CR400, which runs at 350 kilometers per hour on average.

Once put into use, for example, the CR450 will shorten the travel time from Beijing to Shanghai to just about two and a half hours, which takes at least four and a half hours at the moment.

"The key is not to make the train run fast but to have it brake（刹车）accurately（精准地）and steadily（平稳地）,"Zhao Hongwei of the China Academy of Railway Sciences told CCTV News. The standard is that the CR450 should have the same brake distance as the CR400, which is 6,500 meters, even though it travels a lot faster. It can also start braking more quickly, taking just 1.7 seconds compared with the 2.3 seconds needed for the CR400.

Apart from having a better braking system, the CR450 has the same noise level as the CR400. Moreover, it is 12 percent lighter and 20 percent less energy-consuming（耗能的）, according to CCTV News. With all its advantages, people are getting excited about the train's debut（首次亮相）, which is planned to be within this year.

Without gravity，people will have lots of health problems such as bone and muscle loss. So，there is a running machine and a special exercise bicycle on the ISS. Astronauts have to do at least 2 hours of exercise every day to keep in good shape. There are also some pulleys （滑轮） and ropes.
