I first called myself "Yi Wen", which sounds like my English name Ivan. But later after I learned more about Chinese culture and knew that "You (有)" means "having", I put a "You"  the Yi and Wen. That's because the Chinese name Yi Youwen suggests you're a cultured person.

Nafees Nawaz, Pakistan

My Chinese name is Na Feisi. It's quite similar to "Haifeisi",  popular kind of shampoo (洗发水). So most people call me "Haifeisi".  some people don't like having such a nickname, it doesn't worry me.

Since Alexandre sounds like "yalishanda" in Chinese, I used it as my Chinese name. But then I learned the meaning of the Chinese name. It means being stressed. So I changed it to a new name,  is shorter and warmer in meaning—Shanda.

My Hobby

Collecting things is a popular hobby, It includes coins, books, rocks、paintings and other beautiful things that bring happiness to their owners. Rocks such as beautiful stones and crystals（水晶）are things that when you see them you will feel relaxed and calm.

The holiday was filled with activities every day. After breakfast, a local teacher would come to take us in his car. Then we would have classes or go on a sight-seeing trip to different places of interest like the Big Beh, the London Bridge, and the Buckingham Palace. We would go back to our own homes after the activities. 

The holiday was a valuable experience for me. . I enjoyed every minute of it. Yet, time really flew fast. Three weeks later, we had to leave" home" for Hong Kong.

It's a very hot day. Over 10 students spend about three hours riding bikes along the central axis （中轴线） of Beijing. It's a little tiring, 1 all of them have a good time.
