This is my weekend. It's really wonderful.On Saturday morning, I go(慢跑） with my father in the park.After that, I am full of （能量）. At noon, I go to a restaurant with my family. The waiter（招待） us politely. He gives us a menu. There are many delicious foods like dumplings,（粥）and even cookies. We also talk about what other （顾客） might order. The food is really 完美的）. In the afternoon, I have a great time playing volleyball with my friends.（然而）,  we have to be careful not to play in dangerous places. On Sunday afternoon, I read a book about （企鹅）. It is very interesting. I also read something about cultures. I （几乎不） feel bored. I think I will（成功） in understanding more about the world. I enjoy myself and look forward to my next weekend.·

①A lot of people play sport, but very few people become sports professionals(专家). If the sport isn't going to be your future, then why should you play it? Why should you practise it every day? Why should you work hard and feel sore (酸痛的)the next day? Wouldn't it be better to forget sport and only focus on your lessons? In fact, there are a lot of reasons for playing sport.

④Another good reason for playing sport is that it makes people leave their houses. Now, a lot of people spend too much time watching TV or playing video games. When you play sport, you can go out and exercise in the sun. You can breathe in(吸入) fresh air. All of these things are important.

⑤Maybe you're not going to become a sports professional, but that doesn't matter (无关紧要). Playing sport will help you become a great and happy person.

The Yellow Crane Tower（黄鹤楼） is in Wuhan, Hubei Province, on the bank of the Yangtze River. It's said that the tower was first built in 223 AD（公元） during the Three Kingdoms Period(三国时期). It was destroyed(毁坏) several times. The present building was built in 1981. It is 51.4 metres high and 3,219 square metres in size. Now the Yellow Crane Tower is one of the symbols of Wuhan. A number of people visit it every year.

The tower has five floors and the halls on each floor have different themes(主题). Traditional drawings, famous poems and handwriting about the tower of different dynasties（朝代） are on show. If you stand on the top floor, the whole city will come into view. The Yangtze River, the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge and many modern buildings look like a wonderful painting. When the night comes, lots of colourful lights are on. That makes the tower look more beautiful and lively.

The tower could not only attract famous poets and artists in ancient times，but also be popular among people nowadays. That is why people consider it one of the most famous towers in southern China. If you have a plan to visit Wuhan，the Yellow Crane Tower is a must-see place for you.

Exercise when you are tired.
