Now, four years later, that is still my dream. I'm in the school chess club and I practise three times a week.Also, I'm always reading books on chess at home, and playing against my computer!

Next week, there will be a big game and many young chess players will join in it. It' ll be my first big game and I'm really looking forward to showing everyone what I can do.

Getting enough sleep is important for everyone. If you don't sleep well at night, you aren't going to study well during the day. Good sleep is also vital for your health. If you don't have a good sleep, you may get ill.

Before you go to bed, you shouldn't drink coffee or eat chocolates. Drinking a cup of warm milk may help you go to sleep. Please take a warm shower before you go to bed. It can also help you relax and fall asleep.

Drink lots of water. Drink at least eight glasses of water a day. You may need even more water when you are exercising.

Don't miss breakfast. You can have more energy after eating breakfast.

Eat light lunch every day. If you don't have enough time to have a big meal, take some bread with you for a quick lunch. If you don't have lunch, that will be bad for your health.

 We should eat fruit and vegetables every day. Add a banana to your breakfast, have salad for lunch, and eat some vegetables at dinner. If someone doesn't like to eat vegetables, he or she can eat some fruit instead.

Don't eat dinner late. Your body needs time to digest (消化) most of the food before you rest for eight hours.

Zhang Fubai, 70, is a follower of sugar painting —— the intangible cultural heritage (非物质文化遗产) in Tianjin. His father  a sugar painter in the past, so he received this business from his father. 

"When I was a  boy, many children often asked my father for sugar paintings," he said. At 9, with his influence, he began to copy the flowers and animals his father painted. He even tried to create sugar paintings by .
