Hello, everyone, I have changed a lot over the past year. I'd like to share with you my true self.

Tejasvi Manoj is a seventeen-year-old girl. Last year, her grandfather got  email. Someone wrote it, saying he was a member in (he) family and asked for $2,

000. Her grandfather felt very strange,  he called his son first and finally found it was not true.

Tejasvi felt very angry about this. She learned many old people had the same problem. She decided (make) a website to help the people over sixty and named it"Shield Seniors".

How to Understand Your Parents Better

Sometimes it feels like you and your parents have different opinions. But getting along well with them isn't so difficult. 

●Listen more, argue less. When your parents are talking, try to listen instead of just arguing. Try to understand why they think that way.

●  Why not help with cooking, go for a walk, or even watch a movie? You might be surprised at how much fun you can have when you do things with your parents.

● Say"thank you" often.Parents do a lot for us every day. Tell them you know that and express it. 

•Talk about your world. Parents want to know what's happening in your life. Try to talk with them often.  It helps them feel closer to you.

In July 2025, a heavy rain hit Yuzhong, Gansu, and there were serious floods. Many houses fell down, and families had to leave their homes. For the kids there, floods left fear and sadness in their hearts. Luckily, a team of psychologists(心理学家) came after floods at once.

After arriving, they found many kids stayed quiet and didn't want to play. Some even cried at night, afraid of the rain. To help them, the team set up a" Heart Corner" with toys, picture books and drawing paper.

Ms. Wang, one of the psychologists, mainly looked after the little kids. She put on a puppet show(木偶戏) about a rabbit in a flood. After watching it, a 6-year-old boy said," The rabbit was scared, just like me when the water came into my house." Ms. Wang hugged him and encouraged him to share his feelings bravely. The boy then talked more and felt more relaxed.

For older kids, the team held group sharing activities. They asked the children to draw their "hope for new home." A girl drew a bright house with a garden, saying, "I hope my home can come back soon, and I enjoy planting flowers there." The psychologists showed love for the drawing and it became sunny in her heart.

A mother said, "My son used to wake up crying every night. Now he laughs again, thanks to these kind psychologists——they are real heroes for our kids."

At a primary school in the UK, Grade 6 students are learning science in an exciting new way. They use iPads to follow lessons made by AI. Some learn about plants, while others study the human body.

This school is early to use AI in class. It helps find out what students are good at and what they need to practice more. Everyone— students, teachers, and parents— can see the students' learning progress. Students can even click emojis(表情包) to show their feelings about a lesson. Once, a boy felt confused about a grammar lesson. AI noticed his emoji and made the lesson slower and easier for him.

AI does more than just help with schoolwork. It can also watch how a child taps the screen. By doing this, it can tell if a child might have autism(自闭症).

Students still read paper books and write with pens. But they love this new way of learning. They can learn anytime, anywhere. A student named Max says that the best part is how AI makes him learn more and faster, making learning more fun.

An American girl named Karana lives in a beautiful island peacefully with her tribe（部落）。

One day, a ship comes to take the tribe away to a new land. As the ship is leaving, Karana realizes her younger brother, Ramo, is still on the island. She jumps off the ship and swims back to stay with him. Sadly, a group of wild dogs soon kill Ramo.

Now, Karana finds she is alone on the island and feels afraid and sad. She must learn to stay alive. She makes tools and weapons（武器）to protect herself, but women in her tribe never do that before. She is becoming someone new and learning to be her own protector.

Then Karana fights the wild dogs that kills her brother. She hurts the leader of the dogs, but doesn't kill him. Instead, she makes friends with him, naming him Rontu. It changes how she sees animals. They become her true friends. The quiet island starts to feel like a home. Karana's life changes. She grows from a scared girl into a strong woman. After 18 years, a ship arrives and she is rescued, leaving the island with a new self.

If you walk into a shopping mall today, you might be surprised. The young are not where they used to be. Actually, a quiet change is happening in  young people spend their money. 

In the past, young people loved to buy famous fashion brands(品牌) to show their style. Now, many of (they) are choosing something different: gold. They are buying gold  it is not only beautiful but also keeps its value. It (see) as a wise way to save money. 

Travel habits are also changing. Instead of staying in expensive hotels, more young people are buying special cars where they can sleep during trips. On weekends, they drive with family and friends to the countryside or the beach. They believe spending time in nature with friends is (good) than owning expensive things. 

Finally, young people are spending more  their health and happiness. Some choose to buy healthy food and join sports clubs regularly. Others enjoy paying money for their pets, which brings them comfort and joy.  a meaningful change this is! The most important is that their goal is no longer just to look rich, but to feel truly rich and satisfied inside. This new way of thinking shows young people's values are changing in  very positive way. 

This clear trend shows these (change) are meaningful. True happiness is now more about real experiences, good health, and warm connections with others—not just about owning more things.  is widely believed that this shift will make young people's future lives much brighter and more fulfilling. 

When I was in middle school, my class went on a trip to climb a mountain. It was a (星期六) morning, and the sun shone brightly. Our teacher told us that the trip would test our (意志) and that we needed to think about carefully what to bring. 

The first part of the hike was easy, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery (高兴). However, as we climbed higher, the path became steeper. The (接下来的) hours, we would have to face an even greater challenge. 

Halfway up, we saw a sign that read:"Only 1, 000 meters to the top. "One of my classmates, Mike, was struggling. He said, "I don't think I can make it. "We encouraged him, (包括) sharing our water and snacks. We reminded (我们自己) that we were a team. 

When we were only a few meters from the top, it started to rain. The teacher asked us to stop and consider whether to (继续). At that moment, Mike stood up and said, "We' ve come this far. Let's finish together. "His words lifted our spirits.
