It is surprising that many parents have never told their kids to do this. One important thing I point out to the kids is that after they sneeze or cough on their hands, they should wash them as soon as possible. If not, they will pass those germs (细菌) along to everything and everyone they touch.

I shouted for help. Mr. Black and two other teachers ran over. They jumped in and pulled Bill back. His lips (嘴唇) were blue, and he couldn't stop shaking. "You could have drowned (溺死)." Mr. Black said, but his voice wasn't angry—just afraid.

That night, we sat by the fire. "Rules aren't to limit your fun," Mr. Black said. "They're to keep you safe." We all nodded.

It's necessary to follow rules—even if they don't seem fun. From that day on, I never broke a camp rule again.

In Kingston, Canada, two teenagers (青少年), Poppy and Amy, started a project with their friends to help older people feel more connected through the internet. Poppy and Amy's project not only changed the lives of these older people but also encouraged similar projects in other countries, showing how technology can bring joy and connection to older people.
