Spring is a beautiful season with blooming flowers and warmer weather. However, it is also a time when respiratory illnesses(呼吸道传染病) become common. These illnesses affect(影响) your nose, throat, and lungs, making it hard to breathe comfortably. 

Why are respiratory diseases more common in spring? One reason is the changing weather. Temperatures can go up and down suddenly, which weakens our body's defense. Also, people spend more time indoors during rainy spring days, making it easier for viruses to spread. Another reason is pollen(花粉) from trees and flowers. For some people, pollen causes allergic reactions. 

In many places, people easily get spring respiratory diseases from March to April. Children, teenagers and elderly people are at higher risk because their immune(免疫) systems are either still developing or weaker. 

Understanding these diseases helps us stay aware. If you have symptoms(症状) like a high fever or trouble breathing, it is important to see a doctor. Remember, spring is a wonderful time, but staying aware of these illnesses helps you enjoy the season better.

The West Lake has become famous for its special scenery as well as some beautiful poems. These poems were written by Bai Juyi and Su Dongpo. Besides, the surrounding area of the West Lake is the  of the famous Dragon Well Tea（龙井茶）。

But sometimes,this love can turn into something bad. Some fans spend too much money on badges. They might use the money for breakfast to buy an expensive badge. Others get really angry if they can't get the badge they want,or if someone else has a better collection. This is because they care so much about showing they're the biggest fans. 

Collecting badges can be a fun hobby. But it's also important to remember not to spend too much money or get too stressed about it. After all,the real magic of cartoons is in the stories and the feelings they give us,not just in the badges we collect.

Some foreign students took part in a cultural program of traveling through Henan Province. The four-day cultural program caught  students' interest. They not only learnt more about China but also  (build) close relations with the Chinese students they had met. 

One of  (popular) events was the wushu experience at Songshan Shaolin Wushu College, where they saw wushu shows and tried some moves. 

"The shows were (wonder) . The Shaolin students could even break a piece of glass with needles (针) !" said Kangwa. 

Kangwa is studying at Henan University of Chinese Medicine now. He became interested in Chinese culture and dreamt  being a wushu star years ago. "  could someone fly in the sky and do all these moves? I thought it was hard to explain. But now I see it by  (I) , " he said.

On the other hand, if you don't feel like getting wet or dirty but have some musical talent, how about holding a street concert?  And so can you if you've got the talent. You just need to find a right place and practise for a few hours with your friends first, and then give it a try!
