The Chinese Knot is a traditional art form im China. It has a history of over 1,000 years and has deep  value. 

What is the Chinese Knot made of?The  material is red string. The string  looks simple,but in the hands of craftspeople,it can turn into many beautiful works,like flowers. 

The Chinese Knot is a of luck. People believe it can bring good things,like happiness and health. During festivals,many families hang it in their homes. It  the house feel warm and welcoming. It also shows the close relationship between people. People usually give it as a gift to friends or family. The act  "we are close". We can also hang the Chinese Knot on bags  clothes as a decoration(装饰品) . Some people even collect different kinds of knots,and they love sharing their collections(收集物)  others. 

The Chinese Knot is more than just an art form. It is a part of China's long.  . We should let more people know about it and  it. Only in this way can our wonderful traditions live on. 

These days,just a small number of teenagers are doing volunteer(志愿者)work. There are a few reasons for this. Teenagers today often have a lot of homework to do after school. Many of them need to take different interest classes at weekends. Also,some teenagers think it is boring and tiring to do volunteer work and want to spend their free time on their favourite activities.

Some students from Sichuan work with local companies(公司)to start a special project. They want to help children learn and grow through fun activities. 

The project takes place in Pingshan County,Yibin from 13 July to 30 July,2025. Nine students from Chengdu University of Technology take part in the project. . They hope to find new ways to care for these left-behind children(留守儿童)whose parents work in other cities. 

Many people help make the project successful. Companies provide materials and spaces to hold activities. The local community talks with the children to understand their needs. The university uses its teaching resources(资源)to plan activities and look after the children. 

During the project,the children take part in many interesting activities. They learn about traditional food and try making traditional Chinese handicrafts,such as paper-cutting and kite-making. 

These activities help them become more creative. 

This project is a good example of how schools,communities and companies can work together to help left-behind children. It not only teaches children new skill but also makes them feel cared for.
