"I want to live my life to the fullest, and this movie has made me think a lot," one student wrote.

The leader of the study explained that bad moods（心情）would make people more thoughtful（深思熟虑的）."Bad moods, like sadness, make you feel terrible about your situation. Seeing a sad movie may make you feel bad, but that will cause you to think more."

A lot of people play sports, but very few people become sports professionals (专家). If sports aren't going to be your future, then why should you play them? Why should you train every day? Why should you work hard and feel sore (酸痛的) the next day? Wouldn't it be better to forget sports and only study? In fact, there are a lot of advantages (优点) to play sports.

Another advantage of sports is that they make people leave their houses. These days, a lot of people spend too much time watching television and playing video games. When you play sports, you go outside and exercise in the sun. You take in fresh air. All of these things are important.

Maybe you're not going to become a sports professional, but that doesn't matter. Sports will help you become a better and happier person.

Jianzi is a traditional Chinese sport with 2,000 years of history. Players kick a shuttlecock (jianzi) made of cloth, a coin, and chicken or duck feathers. The rule is simple: keep it in the air using only feet, legs, or head—no hands! It needs quick moves and good balance. 

Long ago, people played jianzi for exercise. They believed kicking it high showed big dreams, and the feathers meant kindness. Today, it's not just a fun game—there are even matches!

Doubles: Two players compete until the shuttlecock drops.

According to the China Association of Performing Arts，nearly 500 national and local art troupes（剧团） have joined Douyin，a popular short-video app.Over 6，000 performers are now bringing their shows to a whole new audience online.Since 2023，more than 81.9 million livestreams（直播） have been broadcast（播出）—that's about 830 shows every single day!

"Online performances haven't split our audience；they've made it larger，"said Pan Yan from the association."Livestreams help attract new viewers，many of whom later come to enjoy live shows in theaters."
