2、 请阅读全文,从下列方框里的六个句子中选择五个还原到原文中,使原文意思完整、连贯。
A. We also need to try making some time to spend with a friend or two.
B. Similarly, as little as 20 minutes of exercise can boost mood as well.
C. This helps you focus on not simply what's most visible or immediate.
D. When setting these habits, focus on the following four areas.
E. Everyone' s life looks different, but we all feel busy and stressful sometimes.
F. Such practices can help us better enjoy life events and remain joyful.
Whether it's changing jobs, taking care of a sick parent, or moving to a new place, disruptions(混乱) in life can make it hard to maintain moment-by-moment focus and well-being (健康). Long-term goals remain important, but long-term focus can be hard. Daily or weekly habits supporting your long-term goals can keep you on track even when it's hard to think ahead.
The first is personal reflection(反思). This can mean keeping diaries, documenting the funny things our friends say, and recording what we are thankful for a few times per week.
Second, we need time for professional reflection. For example, you may sit down on a Sunday night and write down the most important to-dos in the coming week. Instead, it directs your focus to what's most important. Simple, daily or weekly reflection case make a meaningful difference in productivity and focus.
A third area is building and maintaining relationships. It's important to manage our relationships well. For us, right now, the primary relationships are with our parents and teachers. These sound like small things, but they matter a lot.
Finally, we all need to form good habits that encourage physical and mental health. Studies show that people who get at least two days of exercise per week are happier.

Have you heard of mental toughness? Often talked about in relation to sports, mental toughness is characterized by the ability to always perform well under stress. Research has shown that it is also a useful quality (品质) for students, with benefits for school achievement, classroom behavior, and relationships with others.
However, mental toughness is often misunderstood. It is sometimes related to hiding your feelings, or not acknowledging (承认) your weaknesses, which can harm student well-being, as well as school performance and socializing.
So, what actually is mental toughness, and how can it be developed in schools?
Students who show mental toughness are aware of and able to control their emotions. This helps them to think clearly under stress, on the day of exams for example. One way to help with this is to encourage students to talk to themselves in a positive and helpful way. Students may be upset if they don't do as well on a task as they hoped. By asking themselves questions, such as"What would I do differently next time?", they can stop focusing on the negatives and direct their attention towards improving in the future.
Mental toughness means asking for help. Many students are too ashamed to do it, for fear they would show weakness by acknowledging they don't understand something. However, others actually consider it a positive quality. Recognizing when they are experiencing difficulties takes courage for students, but it also shows a willingness to learn and get better.
Mental toughness is also about being open to learning, not being a know-it-all. Over time, the students who grow the most are those who like to explore things, looking for answers in books, online, or by paying attention to what's happening around them. They also work together, helping each other with challenges.
What's more, mental toughness involves having a strong sense of self-belief and confidence in one's abilities. Mentally tough students have a clear idea of their goals, and their wills to achieve them are unwavering. They are not easily influenced by others' opinions and are willing to step outside of their comfort zone to reach their goals.
To create mentally tough students and classrooms, it is important for teachers themselves to be role models. Teachers can develop their mental toughness in much the same way as students. In order to develop mental toughness, both students and teachers should recognize that it、 is about having positive behaviors and attitudes that help them learn and improve.

From an early age, we were taught that if we wanted to be successful, we had to study hard and get good results at school. In fact, good students may just end up doing jobs they don't like, and some even lead an unhappy life. Why is it like that?
In some parents' eyes, school grades matter most for their kids. In reality, there are many things to consider besides school subjects. For example, how to be a happy person, what to do to keep healthy, and how to get along well with others. That is to say, school is not just enough if you want to have a great life.
Doing well in school is different from doing well in life. Studies show that people who failed at school may not end up failing in life. You may have already known that some famous people, like Thomas Edison and Steve Jobs, didn't do very well at school or even failed to finish school. In fact, there are a lot more than just the great people who are successful in life without finishing school. They catch every chance to learn and finally make it to the top.
Life is really a long lesson, so long that you can't define(界定) a person's success by just one part of it. If you have already finished school, keep learning because what you have learned at school will never be enough to live a satisfying life. If you are still studying, whether you are good or bad at school, don't take your school results too seriously as long as you have put your heart into it. Keep learning to make the most of your talents improve. That's how you can live a happy and successful life.
(1)、What's the writer's main purpose of writing Paragraph 1?A、To introduce a topic. B、To give examples. C、To provide a solution. D、They are not good at their schoolwork.(3)、Why does the writer mention Thomas Edison and Steve Jobs?A、To tell that keeping learning is the only way to success. B、To show that doing well in school is not necessary for success in life. C、To tell that finishing school does not matter at all. D、To introduce how successful they are.(4)、How can people live a happy and successful life according to the passage?A、By only focusing on school results. B、By keeping learning and improving their talents. C、By avoiding challenges and difficulties. D、By doing exactly what their parents want.(5)、What is the main message of the passage?A、It isn't necessary to finish school, B、Learning is a lifelong journey. C、Good grades always lead to a successful life. D、Successful life means having a happy life. -

Wonderful Park has finally reopened after nearly three months of repair! Since my sister Julia's birthday is coming, yesterday my parents took us to the park to have some fun. Julia was very excited as she had never been to Wonderful Park before.
