Hello. I'm David. I'm a student in Class 1, Grade 7. It's Friday today. I have six classes and I'm not very busy. The first class is Chinese. It's from 8:00 a.m. to 8:45 a.m. It's a little difficult for me, but I try my best to learn it well. I think it's a good way for me to learn more about China. At 8:55 a.m., I have history. Some of my classmates think it's boring, but I think it's very interesting. Because I can know much about China in the past. Then I have English, it's easy for me. And the English teacher Mr. White is very kind. The last class in the morning is music. It's great fun! My classmates and I all like it because it's really relaxing.

We have lunch at 12:00. After that, we have a rest (休息) for about an hour. We start the afternoon classes at 1:30 p.m. The first class in the afternoon is geography. It's my favorite subject because it's very useful. The last class is P.E., and it finishes at 3:10 p.m. Then I have free time to do sports or play games with my classmates. 

I like Friday because I can go home and spend the happy weekends with my family.

My name is Jim Green. I am a British school boy. I love my school and I study hard. On weekdays, I leave home at 6:45 and walk 20 minutes to catch a bus to school. The bus is a special one, just for students going to my school. The bus trip takes an hour because it stops to pick up other students on the way.

When I get to school, I take my iPad from the Student Centre. Then I go to the school hall for registration (报到) at 8:30. We listen to the form teacher at the school meeting there. At about 8:50, we leave the hall and have our first lesson. Every day I have a different subject for the first lesson, but it is always Humanities. I also have lessons like Maths, Biology and PE for the rest of the day.

All my lessons are in different rooms and places around the school. Each room has a number or a name. The numbers are very hard to remember! I have a locker (柜子) and I can put some of my things in it, so I don't have to carry them in my bag.

Every student carries a swipe card (磁卡) at school. We swipe into the school buildings for every lesson. We can put money on our swipe cards and we don't need to carry any paper money. If we want to pay for food and drinks, we just need to use our cards.
