A Dream of Red Mansions is famous for showing Chinese society with interesting characters and a poetic(诗意的) writing style. It talks about family, society and human nature. These things can be fun to watch but difficult to read.

"There are so many characters in the novel and they make me confused," said Shao Xinyao from Hubei. "The mind maps in the videos make their relationships clear."

While reading with videos helps many people, some express different opinions and worries.

For Zhang Boren from Beijing, reading is a journey about forming a personal relationship with the text, not just learning information. "Books can let me imagine. Although videos can help a lot, they can't show every part of the story," he said.

Wang Hongjie from Sichuan agreed, saying, "It may reduce readers'ability to read by themselves and think deeply."
