One day, the two brothers had a fight over a small misunderstanding (误解), which quickly turned into a bigger problem. They stopped working together and began using malicious words towards each other. After that, neither spoke to the other again.

After a week, someone knocked on Jamie's door. When he opened it, he found a man with a carpenter's (木匠的) toolbox. The man said, "I'm looking for some work. Do you have any small jobs I can help with?"

Jamie thought for a moment and replied, "Yes, I have a job for you." He pointed to a wide ditch (沟渠) outside his farm and said, "My brother and I used to work together, but last week, he dug this ditch to separate our farms. I want you to build a tall fence (围栏) there, so I don't have to see my brother anymore."

The carpenter agreed. Jamie then left for the town to do some shopping. When he came back, instead of the fence he had asked the carpenter to build, he was surprised to see a beautiful bridge across the ditch.

Just as he was about to ask the carpenter what had happened, Jack walked across the bridge with tears (眼泪) in his eyes. "I'm so sorry, Jamie. After everything I've said, you still built this bridge to fix things between us," Jack said. "You're the best brother ever." He then gave Jamie a warm hug.

At that moment, the two brothers realized just how important they were to each other. The bridge was not just a way to cross the ditch—it was a symbol for them to rebuild relationship and understanding.

Zhang, from Sichuan, said that bamboo weaving in Sichuan has a history of thousands of years. People first used it to make tools, such as1, bags and so on. Now, it has become an art.

After finishing her studies at Chengdu University in 2019, Zhang went back to her hometown to work as a2 work maker. As her3 for the art grew, she went to learn bamboo weaving from a skilled master.

Qingming is a festival for Chinese people to remember their lost family members. It has a history of over 2,500 years. It 46 falls on April 4th or April 5th. At this time of the year, spring 47 and the weather becomes warm.

People eat cold food during this festival. The tradition comes  a story about Jie Zitui in the Spring and Autumn Period（春秋时期）。

Jie saved his hungry emperor's（君主）life by cutting meat from his own leg. The emperor, Jinwengong, was later able to take power（权力）and would like  Jie.  , Jie didn't care about power or money. He still lived in the mountain s with  mother.

The emperor tried to drive Jie out of the mountains by starting a fire. It was very  for Jie to stay. In the end, both Jie and Jie's mom died in the fire. The emperor was so sad that he ordered all his people must not  fire and could only eat cold food on this day to remember Jie.

In China, there are many different kinds of food. Some of them are popular. Among (在……之中) them, dumplings are the real Chinese food.

Everyone in China likes dumplings very much, and there are many different kinds of dumplings. Some have beef and beans in them, and some have eggs and carrots in them. But I love eating dumplings with cabbage and pork(猪肉).

Usually people make dumplings at home. When you have no time to make them, you can buy them in a supermarket. Then you take them home and eat them with vinegar(醋).

The Spring Festival is very important in China. When it comes, we make dumplings, and usually we put a coin(硬币) in a dumpling. Someone eats the dumpling with the coin in it, and he will be lucky in the new year.
