Collecting badges can be a fun hobby. But it's also important to remember not to spend too much money or get too stressed about it. After all,the real magic of cartoons is in the stories and the feelings they give us,not just in the badges we collect.

Some foreign students took part in a cultural program of traveling through Henan Province. The four-day cultural program caught  students' interest. They not only learnt more about China but also  (build) close relations with the Chinese students they had met.

Yading National Nature Reserve (自然保护区) is famous for its amazing natural scenery. With beautiful snow mountains, large forests, clear lakes and fresh air, it offers fantastic sights all year round. 

The best time to visit the place is between September and October. During this time, the grass and the forests change color. Spring, from April to May, is another good time, offering fields of flowers. However, summer is often rainy and winter is very cold, so these seasons are not ideal for travel. 

Inside the reserve, visitors can explore three famous mountains and several beautiful lakes. Milk Lake is high up in the mountains. Five-Color Lake, the highest of all, can change color in the sun. Pearl (珍珠) Lake is the lowest lake. There is land with grass growing on it for yaks (牦牛) to eat. Besides, the mountains are sure to take visitors' breath away. 

Visitors can fly there or drive from Chengdu or Shangri-La. Driving    allows    people    to    get    used    to    the    height    slowly. 

Because of the height of the mountain, it is important to prepare carefully. Remember to bring warm clothes, oxygen supplies (氧气供应) , water and snacks. To avoid problems from the height, avoid doing hard exercise straight after arrival and wait until the second night to take a shower.

Rainforests are called the lungs (肺) of the world. Because we breathe air with our lungs, and there are much more trees producing fresh air in rainforests.

Rainforests can be divided into four layers (层次). The forest floor is the ground level. It is the darkest because there is little sunlight. When dead leaves and animals are on the ground, they are broken down into organic matter (有机物) by the heat and the many small insects. The second layer starts from the ground to about 20 metres.这些树和植物比草高一点儿. It is still quite dark at this level, so the trees grow slowly. Some of these trees grow tall and pointed at the top to reach the sunlight. Other plants, like vines, cling onto the trees and get a free ride towards the sunlight.

The third layer is made up of the limbs (主干) and leaves of trees. This is a very thick layer: 20 to 50m off the ground. Insects, birds, reptiles, and monkeys live in this layer. This layer of leaves and branches catch the sunlight and also most of the rain.

Everyone may get angry. Many things can make you angry. When your teacher gives you too much homework, when your team loses an important game, when your friend breaks your favourite thing, you may get really angry.

In fact, it's normal for you to get angry.  When you keep it inside, you sometimes may get some health problems. So you need to try to let it out in the right way, without hurting others or yourself. You can talk about it with other people. It's really helpful to talk about the things that make you angry with other people, like your parents, teachers, etc.  Remember that what you do when you're angry can make everything better or worse. So you should think carefully before you take action.  Try your best to control your anger!
