When you're growing up, your body changes a lot. You might worry about getting taller or heavier than your friends. When you feel worried, you might get angry at your parents sometimes.

Remember, your parents love you and want to help you. Sometimes they forget how hard it is to grow up. But if you keep talking to them and trying to understand them, you can work things out. So keep trying, and you'll find that you and your parents can get along just fine.

Lara likes reading. She seemed to know everything except small thing. That was she didn't know how to get  with other people. Lara thought that school was a waste of time, so she began home schooling. She of being the youngest person to enter university, so she sent letters to professors(教授) to see if it was possible at her age.

One day, the doorbell rang. When Lara opened the door, she Professor Tailor, one of her favourite professors. Lara was so that she could hardly breathe.

Confidence (自信) is very important in daily life. It is   to develop a healthy attitude(态度). If people are more confident, they are  happier. And they can have more chances to be successful. Here are some to be more confident.

★Speak loud. When you are not confident, you can't do in what you want to do. Try to speak loud enough so that people can hear you . The high voice can help you become more confident.

Play sports. Physical exercise makes you tired but strong. A strong body helps you be full confidence.

Encourage yourself. down a list of things you did during the day to see how many things you have done well. Give yourself praise (表扬) for the good things you have  .
