Do you like sports? Well, if you're looking for a good way  (exercise), try jogging. Doing jogging is one of the easiest ways to keep  (health). Jogging is the name of a very gentle running—it is just a little faster than walking.

Jogging is cheap. No need to spend money  expensive clothes and other things. All you need is a pair of comfortable  (shoe) and a determined (坚定的) mind.

Having a good sleep is important. If you have a sleeping problem, there is an easy way to help you improve your sleep. You may need to see more sunlight, especially (尤其是) in the morning, according to a study.

A team of researchers (研究人员) from New York, US did the study. The team did a study on 109 office workers across the US. They find that some of the workers see lots of light during the morning hours, between 8 a m. and lunchtime. The researchers find that these workers have a better sleep than other workers. They also fall asleep more quickly at night.

Why is sunlight so important to our sleep? Researchers say it helps us set our "body clock". When there is less and less sunlight at the end of the day, our body starts to make mationin (褪黑素). It makes us feel sleepy so that we know it's time to go to bed. Our body makes the most melatonin at night. But during the day sunlight tells our body to make less melatonin so that we can stay awake (醒着) and do our work.

Researchers advise that we should see 15 minutes of sunlight in the morning. It can help balance the melatonin in our bodies.

There is a homeless cat named Bob. He lives in London. One day, he meets a man named James Bowen. Bowen takes Bob home. Bowen is poor. He lives by busking (街头卖艺). It is hard for him to keep Bob. But Bob is very cute. He makes more people to go for Bowen's performances (表演), helping him make more money. Later, they do many things together.

This is the story of a book called A Street Cat Named Bob. It's a book by a British writer James Bowen. In the book. Bowen tells us about his life with Bob, as well as what things were like before he met the cat. He talks about his hard life.

Reading this book changes how I feel about homeless people. It helps me understand that each of them has a story to tell. Now I want to help the homeless.

Good morning, everyone!

I'm very happy to be here and make a speech today. The topic of my speech is the secret of my happiness.

We all want to be happy. But how do you keep happy? There are many things to be happy about, but love is the  important one. It can move us, change us and give us a life full of .

Keep studying. Studying keeps us young and dreams keep us alive. When we are busy studying, we're less likely to think about unhappy things. 

Live in the present. When you feel sad, you're living in the past. When you feel worried, you're living in the future. But when you feel happy, you're living in the present. 

Do your best and then let go. Everyone has limitations (局限), and things don't always turn out to be as you wish. So always try your best, and then let go. If you do your best, you'll have no regrets (遗憾).

My family rules
