You may learn new things from other people. Think of others' different ideas carefully. It's a good chance for you to learn from them and you can improve yourself quickly. 

Music can make a difference to our body and mind. For music lovers, listening to music can reduce (减少) stress and physical pain (疼痛), and it can also improve our moods (情绪) and sleep quality. 

A new study found that people could reduce pain by listening to their favorite songs. The researchers asked 63 young adults to bring two of their favorite songs and let each person keep a hot teacup in hands while listening to music. The result showed that when people listened to music they liked, it could reduce the pain they felt by 10%. 

Music and sleep have close relationship. For example, listening to the right music can improve sleep quality. Soft music can help us relax and fall asleep more easily. Studies have shown that music can slow down heart rate and lower blood pressure. It can also make us more excited. Different kinds of music have different effects (效果). Classical music and nature sounds are often used. To use music for sleep, choose some relaxing songs or sounds and play them at a low volume before bed. In a word, music can improve sleep and relaxation. 

Music is a powerful (强有力的) tool that can play a role in our health. By listening to music in our daily life, we can make our quality of life better and enjoy many benefits (好处) it offers. 

Volunteers are people who work to make the world better without money. We need them because there are many things to do in society. 

Volunteers always do something helpful for society in a lot of ways. Some give their time to help protect the natural environment, while others choose the projects of the government, and without volunteers, the projects may not succeed. For example, "Meals on Wheel (送餐上门)" is a voluntary organization by the Red Cross. It sends meals to elderly people who are unable to cook . 

The Paris Olympics (巴黎奥运会) volunteers' program started to look for 45, 000 helpers sending for the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games. Also, the organizers planned to bring in at most 3, 060 volunteers with disabilities (残疾). "People with disabilities are often short of confidence (自信), " said one organizer, "and here we are telling them, 'No, instead, we need you. ' "All the volunteers will play a key role in the success of the Paris 2024 Games and will help make this event truly unforgettable. They will be the face of Games, and thanks to them, we will enjoy the meaningful Games!

Volunteering doesn't just mean serving others. Every act of volunteering gives volunteers the chance to make a difference in their life and develop their own potential (潜能). 

Many students are drowning (溺水) in summer every year, so it's important for us to learn some knowledge to keep ourselves safe and help others. 

Last summer holiday, my parents took me to Mount Tai to watch the sunrise (日出). It was the most exciting1 I have ever had. 

To watch the sunrise at the top of the mountain the next morning, we had to get up very 2 and climb the mountain. It was3 for me, but I decided to have a try.

When we are friends, we should try to bring them closer to us. Smile is one of the easiest ways. People like to see happy faces greeting them. 

When we talk to someone, ask questions to help him or her keep . Don't ask personal questions, or they may want to walk away. 

Listening is an important part when you are with friends. You should listen carefully to what people are saying, and respond in right way. Body language can show that you're listening. 

Some people have the same interests and hobbies  you. It's easier to make friends with them. You may spend hours telling about the same interests you have. 

Friendship may last for all our life. We should try to keep it long.
