What makes an art form last for over 600 years? Kunqu Opera, one of China's oldest and mast beautiful traditional operas, has done just that. However, like many traditional Chinese art forms, Kunqu Opera once faced challenges. Modern culture, like pop music and movies, took the center stage, and fewer young people ware interested in Kunqu Open.

But things are changing now. With schools teaching traditional art and performers using social media, a new generation has started discovering the beauty of Kunqu through online videos and live shows.

Fang Qian is one of these young fans. "Kunqu Opera is like a seed (种子) that grows as I learn more about it", she says. "The more I study it, the more I discover about other parts of Chinese culture, like literature (文学), calligraphy, music, and painting. Thishelps me understand my cultural roots (根) gradually."

Fu Jin, a professor at the National Academy of Chinese. Theater Arts (中国戏曲学院), explains why Kunqu Opera is so special. "Among all Chinese operas, Kunqu Opera is one of the most beautiful and well-known," he says. "It shows many parts of traditional Chinese culture, such as ways of thinking, social values, and lifestyles." What cheers Professor Fu is that more young people are now falling in love with Kunqu Opera. They find it beautiful and amazing.

Today, Kunqu Opera is not just a part of history—it's a living treasure that connects us with China's rich culture. I believe it will become popular at home and abroad with growing support from the youth.

One day, when Andy was taking a walk, he happened to pass by a charming farm. He noticed a farmer standing by the farm, looking 1 .

Taijiquan, or tai chi, comes from Chinese philosophy. It is also related to Chinese medicine and is  great importance in Chinese culture.

The balance of yin and yang is shown  each movement of taijiquan. When doing taijiquan, people need to stand straight and slay calm. However, this doesn't mean standing still  it means putting your center of gravity (重力) on your feet. Taijiquan is not only a physical exercise but also a symbol of traditional Chinese philosophy. It highlights "using softness to overcome hardness", which is one of  most important ideas in Chinese traditions.

People who practice taijiquan can benefit a lot. For example, a PE teacher noticed that his skin (皮肤), energy levels, and blood flow improved after he practiced taijiquan. Another example is Li Ruidong, a master who even created his own Li-style taijiquan  stay healthy.

To keep taijiquan alive, we should integrate it into our modern life. In this way, it will continue to inspire people with its beauty of balance and peace.
