This film shows the real people behind our convenient life. Their work is  but also tiring. So, the next time your food arrives, think of Jin. A warm smile and a simple "thank you" can make a big . It is the best way to show respect for their hard work.

How to Get a Good Sleep

We all know sleep is important. When we sleep, our body grows and our brain rests. A good night's sleep makes us feel fresh in the morning.  It helps us study well and feel happy during the day. But how can we get a good sleep? Here are some ideas.

 This helps your body know when to sleep. For example, if you go to bed at 9:00 every night, your body will feel tired at that time. After a few days, falling asleep will become easier for you.

Next, make your bedroom a nice place to sleep.  Keep your phone and computer away from your bed. Try not to watch TV or play phone games before sleeping.  When your brain is excited, it is hard to fall asleep. So put these things down and let your brain relax.

Also, it is good to drink a cup of milk before bed. Milk helps you feel relaxed.  A full stomach can make you feel uncomfortable. When your stomach is full, it is not easy to sleep well.

Tom was a middle school student who loved his Chinese class. One sunny afternoon, his teacher, Ms. Li, introduced two short ancient poems. She said, "These poems are like windows to the past, teaching us about life and nature." Tom listened carefully.

By the end of class, Tom had a new opinion. These ancient poems weren't just old words, they were important lessons. They taught him about feelings, hopes, and the world we live in. At that moment, Tom decided to write in his diary about how poems helped him see the good things in life.

Our school's after-school services are glad to start new clubs for all Grade 8 students! It's a great chance to develop your hobbies and make new friends with the same interest.

The mountaineering club is for energetic students. We'll learn basic climbing skills and go camping on weekends. Teamwork is the key here—you need to cooperate with your teammates and make every effort to finish the outdoor activities.

If you are creative and have a strong curiosity, the invention club will be perfect. We'll use 3D printers to make small works, do research on new ideas and share your inventions in the school exhibition.

For students who love expression, the speech club can improve your communication skills. We'll have speech practices, interesting conversations and even small speech competitions.

All clubs start at 4:30 pm on weekdays in the school's teaching building. Joining the clubs is free! You just need to fill in a form and hand it to your class teacher before next Friday.

My family and I went camping by a lake last month. We arrived early in the morning and put up our tent near the water. The1 was nice—sunny and cool, with a light wind blowing.
