Breakfast is the most important meal of a day. You will have more energy after you eat breakfast. Get up a little earlier to have a good breakfast. You may feel well all day long. 

Try to eat light(清淡的) lunch. 

They are bad for your health. If you don't have enough time to have lunch, you can bring some bread with you for a quick lunch. 

Fruit and vegetables should be a necessary part of your food. You can have a vegetable salad for your lunch. If you don't like eating vegetables, you can eat some fruit. 

Don't have dinner too late. 

Try to have dinner at least 3 hours before you go to bed. Because your body needs time to digest(消化) food.

Today, our class is going on a trip to the City Museum. We are meeting up at the school gate early in the morning. Right now, we are getting on the bus, chatting excitedly about the exhibition we'll see.

On sunny days, many students love to play soccer or basketball on the playground. The bright sun makes everything warm and clear. You can see the ball very well, and it's perfect for running fast. Just remember to wear a hat and sunscreen (防晒霜)to protect your skin. 

But what if it's rainy? Outdoor games become slippery and dangerous. Some students choose to play ping-pong or badminton in the gym instead. They can still exercise and have a great time without getting wet. 

When it snows, everything looks white and beautiful. This is the best time for winter sports!

You can make a snowman, go sledding, or try skiing if you live near the mountains. Don't forget to wear thick coats and gloves to stay warm. 

Wind can also affect sports, Kite flying becomes exciting when it's windy, but playing tennis might be difficult because the ball moves around too much. No matter the weather, there's always a sport we can enjoy!

Wild animals are our friends, but many are in danger now. 

In the forest, there are wolves, eagles and giraffes. However, people cut down too many trees, so the forest is getting smaller. Some hunters kill animals for their fur or ivory. For example, elephants are in danger because their trunks are targeted for ivory. Sharks and whales also face danger in the oceans. 

We should take care of these animals. First, we can save their homes by not cutting down forests, Second, we must follow rules to stop people from killing them. Many friendly groups are trying to protect these animals. They look after injured animals and teach people about animal culture. 

In Thailand, there are projects to save elephants. People there know that every animal is important. We should all understand that protecting wild animals is protecting our world. Let's work together to make their lives better!
