At school, students play sports with their. They always have a good time. From June to September, they go swimming and play basketball. 

Mike  playing volleyball but he doesn't like swimming.  In his free time,  he plays volleyball with his friends.  Andy and Simon love playing football but they not like swimming. They in the school football club and play football every afternoon. 

Millie likes playing baseball. It is a sport for her. She is a good player and wins many baseball games. The  best friend, Lily, is a good ping-pong player. There is a ping-pong bat on the table. It is . She thinks ping-pong is an easy game. But her friends all say it is difficult. They can't  it well. Lily wants to teach them to play ping-pong. She is  to play with them. She wants to be a ping-pong player like many great players in China. 

Kids who don't eat breakfast may feel  all day and have bad memories.

Kids who eat breakfast can  the class better. 

Eating  snacks for breakfast is not good for our health. 

Breakfast can give us the  we need for the morning. 

This restaurant breakfast at 8:00 in the morning. 

It's healthy to eat at home. But sometimes you just want to eat out. How can you have a delicious and healthy meal at the restaurant near home? The following ways can help you. 

Before you order, you'd better have a good look at the menu. Have no idea what the dish is? Ask the waiter. Then you don't need to eat any food you don't like. It's good for you to order some fish and vegetables. 

When you are enjoying your food, use a small plate (盘子) and eat slowly. A small plate can help you eat less, but can make you feel full quickly. 

You may want a piece of cake for dessert after the meal. Stop! There is too much sugar in it. All you really need is some oranges. If there isn't any fresh fruit at the restaurant, don't order any more. 

It's time to go home. Don't take the bus or taxi. Take a walk please. 

My name is Li Yuan. I come from a family of three. There are many rules in my family. For example, I can't eat on the bed. I can't talk loudly when I am eating. I must be quiet. I can't listen to music in the evening. I can't watch TV on school nights and so on. 

From Monday to Friday, I have to go to school. I have much homework to do every day. I am always busy. But my mother always lets me do the dishes and make my bedroom clean and tidy. I can't relax and I feel so terrible every day.
