At Sunshine Middle School, there is a special day just for Grade Seven boys. It's called Gentlemen's Day and it always  (fall) on the second Tuesday of October. This year, it fell on October 7th, and everyone was _(excite) for it!

My community is truly a wonderful place. There is a big park right in the middle of it. The park has lots of green grass and tall trees. I often go to the park with my friends. We run around, laugh and have a great time there.

In this community, there are so many friendly people. My best friend is Lily. We are neighbors as we live in the same building. Every morning, we meet at the entrance and then walk to school together. It's really nice to have someone to talk to on the way to school.

After school, we usually go to either my home or hers to do homework. We help each other when we have problems. Sometimes, we take_a_break and go to the community park to play badminton. It's a lot of fun.

Our community also has a small library. There are all kinds of books in it. On weekends, we like to go there and read books quietly. The community center is another great place. It often holds fun activities, like talent shows. Last month, Lily and I joined a singing activity. We practiced hard and finally won a small prize. 

Living in this community, I feel really happy. The nice environment and my good friends make my life full of color.

Enough sleep is really important for your health. When you sleep, your body gets a nice rest. Your eyes close, your muscles relax, and your mind takes a break too. In the morning, you'll feel fresh and ready to start a new day. But if you don't sleep well, it's a different story. You may feel sleepy all day long. Sitting in class, you can't think clearly. Doing homework, you work very slowly. Sometimes, you even get angry easily and find it hard to get on with your classmates. 

How can you sleep well? First, don't stay up late. Going to bed at the same time every night helps your body get into a rhythm. Second, don't use your phone too much before bed. The screen light is bright and keeps your brain busy. It stops you from falling asleep quickly. So put your phone away 30 minutes before bed! Also, make your room a good place for sleep. Keep it dark—use curtains to block the light. Keep it quiet—ask your family to be gentle at night. This way, you'll sleep well all night.

Dr. Martin Luther King was a great man because he worked for racial equality（种族平等）and civil rights（民权）in the United States. He was born on January 15th, 1929. When he grew older, he was told that he could not play with his friends because they were white and he was black.

Young Martin was a good student in school. He finished high school at the age of 15, and in 1948, he got a degree from Morehouse College. In 1851, Martin went on to study at Boston University and got another degree in 1955. 

After he finished college, Dr. King became a minister and moved to Alabama. During the 1950s, Dr. King did a lot for civil rights and racial equality. He won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964.

On the evening of April 4th, 1968, Martin Luther King was murdered in Memphic, Tennessee. To remember him, people celebrate Martin Luther King each year on the third Monday in January. Also, August 28th, the day of Dr. King's I have a dream speech, is called "Dream Day".
