A good breakfast is the best way to start your day. In China, people in different places eat different kinds of food for breakfast. 

In many southern provinces, there are some breakfast foods made from rice. As we know, Southern China has grown rice for thousands of years. However, in the north of China, people usually eat breakfast foods made from wheat(小麦) because the north grows wheat. 

Different people like different tastes. Some people love to eat porridge and baozi. Some people love to eat youtiao and soy milk(豆浆). There are also some famous breakfast foods in China. For example, people in Hunan Province love to eat rice noodles. They especially love spicy(辣的) rice noodles. Do you know jianbing guozi? It is a popular breakfast food in Tianjin. But now, people in other places can buy it easily. 

Camels are called "the boats of the desert" by people. Here's some information about them. 

There are two kinds of camels. The dromedary(单峰驼) is a camel with only one hump(驼峰). The Bactrian camel(双峰驼) is a camel with two humps. 

Camels are usually 1. 85 m at the shoulder(肩膀) and 2.15 m at the hump. Dromedaries weigh about 300 to 600 kg and Bactrian camels weigh about 800 kg. 

Some people think there is a lot of water in camels' humps. In fact, their humps store (存) fat which can be turned into water or energy. They can survive(存活) for one month without food or water by using the fat in their humps. And a large camel can drink about 120 liters of water in just 13 minutes. 

Camels have been living with humans for thousands of years. They can help people carry heavy things and people give them food and water.
