Ana Homayoun, an expert (专家) from Harvard University, has advised many parents and their kids about this. "I've found that the tracking app is more acceptable to teens when it is included as part of a family agreement to improve safety than when it is placed as a secret tool to watch them，" she said. 

Mark Bell, a father of a teenage girl, said, "We don't have tracking apps, but we have set some ground rules that my daughter must follow. " For example, his daughter must "friend" him on the social media (媒体) so that he can read the post, and she must share all passwords. When you're trying to build trust, you need to create an environment that encourages it. So, to win their trust, you always need to be straight with your children. "Parents must let children know how and when they'll be watching them，" said Doctor White. "If they're not open about it，" he warns, "it can greatly harm the relationship between a parent and a child. "

Teenagers must learn to stay safe while they are at school or at home. Self­protection is one of the most important  (skill) for teenagers.

In the long history of China, there are many famous stories.

Yu Boya was a music master who played the qin. He had been learning from nature to create beautiful music. 

Once, he took a boat trip to the State of Chu. Along the way, the river water rushed toward the east, leaving the high mountains behind. Inspired by this, Yu took up his qin and began to play. After a while, he noticed a woodcutter standing on the riverbank, enjoying his music quietly. 

Yu happily invited the man to the boat. The woodsman introduced himself, "My name is Zhong Ziqi. " After that, Yu would play the qin for Zhong. He played music that described the high mountains. Zhong said, "How wonderful it is! I seem to see the great Mount Tai. "

He played music that described the flowing water. Zhong said, "How wonderful it is! I seem to see the rushing river. "

Yu was surprised by the woodsman's words. "You really understand my music. "

So the musician and the woodsman became good friends. They decided to meet each other again at the same place the following year. When that time came, Yu arrived on time, but did not see Zhong. He visited the village where Zhong lived and heard that his friend had died of an illness. 

Yu felt very sad. He took out his qin and once again played the music of the "high mountains and flowing water". 

"My best friend has passed away，" he said. "No one in the world understands my music anymore. "

He then broke his qin and never played it again. 

Why is the sea salty? Long before we discovered scientific ways of thinking about it, we explained it in a story. Even though the answer isn't scientific, it holds some other truth in it—especially about the human heart. 

Long ago, a poor old couple lived on the coast （海岸）. One day, an old storyteller came to their village. The old couple gave him a meal. In return, he gave them a coffee mill （磨粉机） and said, "Say, ‘Mill, please grind （磨）…'， and it'll make whatever you want; to stop it, say ‘Mill, please cease （停止） grinding…'. "

Soon the old couple had a much better life. They'd been happy people, and they didn't need much more. But the young couple next door were never satisfied （满足的）. When they saw the old couple wearing good clothes and buying good food, they burnt with envy （羡慕）. So one day, the young husband went to the old couple's house secretly and heard, "Mill, please grind hot chocolate！" He was surprised to see it coming out. 

Then the young couple stole the mill from the old couple. With it, they rode a horse and set off down the coast, where no one would know them. Along the way, the husband showed it proudly and asked, "What do you want it to make？" "Oh, I don't know. Why not salt？" the wife said. "Mill, please grind salt！" he said. "It works！" the wife shouted. But then they noticed the salt went everywhere. "Make it stop，" the wife said. But the husband didn't know how. "Mill, please stop grinding salt! Please, no more！" His words didn't work. The mill kept grinding salt. Finally, the young husband threw the mill into the sea as far as he could. 

And there it's been, for hundreds of years, endlessly grinding salt. That's why the sea is salty. 

Jia Dao was a famous poet in the Tang Dynasty. One day, he was thinking about a poem called "Title Li Ning's Seclusion （《题李凝幽居》）". Here is the first one：

Reclusive （悠闲的） living has few neighbors （闲居少邻并），

A weedy path leads to a garden in ruins （草径入荒园）. 

Birds nestle in the trees by the pond （鸟宿池边树），

A monk pushes at the door in the moonlight （僧推月下门）. 

…

But he couldn't make a decision about the two words, "knock" and "push". His hand was doing the "push" posture （姿势）, and then doing the "knock" posture. He thought it over and over again. Before he knew it, he was riding a donkey into the honor guard （仪仗队） of Han Yu. Han Yu asked Jia why he dared to do so. Jia read the poem he had made to Han Yu, and told him that he couldn't decide which word to choose. 

When Han Yu heard it, he said, "I think it's better to say ‘knock'. When someone visits his friend at night, he knocks on the door. He is a polite person. And the word ‘knock' can add a few more sounds to the sleepy night. Besides, it makes the poem stand out, too. " Jia Dao nodded his head in praise （称赞）. The two rode back to Han Yu's house side by side. After that, they became close friends. Since then, this poem has become a well­known one.
