Did you know that busy bees (蜜蜂) can teach us a lot about staying healthy? It's true! These small insects work hard to create a sweet and healthy food: honey. But there's more to their story.

Bees live in a very clean environment. They work together to keep their home free of virus and germs (细菌). If a bee gets ill, it will leave the hive (蜂巢) to protect the group. This is a great lesson for us. It stops the illness from spreading. We should do the same by washing hands and wearing a mask when we have the flu, to protect ourselves and others.

Honey, made by bees, is like nature's medicine. For a long time, people have used it to help with a sore throat or a cough. Unlike some pills which may be harmful if you take too many, a little honey is usually safe. ____ It can give you quick energy without the bad gas that some other sweet foods might cause in your stomach.

However, for some people, bees can also be dangerous. A small number of people are allergic to bee stings (蜇). If a bee hits them, their body may go into shock. This is very painful and needs first aid right away. So, while we enjoy what bees bring us, we must also be careful and keep a safe distance.

Scientists study bees not just for honey, but also for their flying skills. They watch how bees fly quickly and roll in the wind without getting hurt. This helps scientists design better robots that can go into dangerous places after a fire or an earthquake to find people, reducing the harm to human rescuers.
