It is necessary to share your feelings with others. Sharing your feelings helps you get closer to people you care about and who care about you. 

Sometimes it can be really hard not to tell anyone that you' re feeling sad, worried, or upset. Don't keep feelings to yourself. If that, it can even make you feel sick!

But if you talk with someone who cares for you, like your mom or dad, you will not be all alone with your problems or worries. It doesn't mean your problems and worries go away, but at least someone else knows what your trouble is and can help you find ways to do with it. 

If the person doesn't understand what you mean right away, try explaining it in a different way or give an example that has something to do with you. There are many ways for you to speak up your feelings. If you think you' ll have problems saying what's on your mind, write it down on a piece of paper. 

Some of us, just like some adults, are more private（内敛的）than others. That means some people will feel shy about sharing their feelings. A kid doesn't have to share every feeling he or she has, but it is important to share feelings when a kid needs help. 

Cindy is a skiing（滑雪）lover. She is 17-year-    MAN old teenager from the US. On March 3rd, she went skiing in JILD Maine. When she was planning to go home, a heavy snowstorm  (hit) the area. Cindy wasn't able to see far. Before she knew it, she had lost her way. The girl was alone. She didn't have food, water or a phone. She was getting colder by the minute. 

Cindy didn't know where she was. She tried her best to calm herself down. (sudden), she thought of the survival（生存）shows she watched on television. It was time to use the lessons she learned. She should find a place to keep (her) warm. The first thing she did was to build a small snow cave（洞穴）. Then she got many branches（树枝）. She put them on top of the cave (stay) warm. 

In the evening, Cindy was really hungry. She (eat) snow and drank water from a river. She slept in the cave with her arms and legs close to her body. The next day, Cindy went out to look for help  she couldn't find anybody. So she went back to her cave. Two (day) later, Cindy went out again. She walked for about a mile when somebody found her. Finally, Cindy was saved. 

Cindy felt (luck) to be a fan of Man vs. Wild. She learned useful lessons  it, which helped save her life. 

What is your job? Are you a teacher or a businessman? Or maybe you are a lawyer/ writer or a doctor/ singer. If you have more than one 1 , you have a slash career. 

"Slash career" comes from the punctuation mark(标点符Slash Career号)"/". People with slash careers often have a main job. It    斜杠职业usually 2 their needs of life. The main job comes before the slash. And the job after the slash is often about a person's 3 . It can help make people's life colorful.

Doing chores not only improves kids' life skills, but also makes them become more independent. However, many parents may make some mistakes when they ask their kids to do chores.  Here's some useful advice.

Most kids are smart and learn quickly.  If the kids can't finish a chore in a long time, parents can give them an easier one. Kids can learn a lot even by doing the simplest chores.

Kids will not always understand why they need to sweep the floor or make the bed. After parents tell them the reasons, they can understand the importance of doing chores and be happy to help make the home clean and tidy.

When Xiong Chuanfa, 37, blows a lifelike tiger out of sugar in just minutes, kids look at him in surprise, thinking he is a magician. 

Xiong has been blowing sugar figurines for 23years. Blowing sugar figurines is a traditional Chinese folk（民间的）art with a history of over 600 years. It has been listed as an intangible cultural heritage（非物质文化遗产）for about 17 years. 

Every morning, Xiong prepares the sugar and drives to different markets in Nanchang to blow sugar figurines. He usually takes out a little sugar after heating（加热）it. Then he makes a ball with the sugar. Finally, he blows it into different shapes——a rabbit, a monkey, and even Ne Zha, one of the most popular cartoon movie characters. 

No matter how busy he is, he often spares time to teach young people, helping them know more about the folk art. Many kids show great interest in the art. Simon, a foreign student from Nanchang International School, found it hard to make sugar figurines lively. Thanks to Xiong's help, Simon finally saw a horse slowly taking shape. 

Simon was really excited after learning about the art. "I just can't believe the Chinese keep the traditional folk art so well here. I love it. I want to know more about it and help to spread（传播）Chinese culture all over the world, " he said. 

Xiong's 9-year-old son often blows sugar balloons, just like what he used to do as a child. "Our family will pass on the intangible cultural heritage, " said Xiong. 

We like to travel with family or friends in our free time. But do you go on a trip with your pet?

Pets now become an important part in people's daily lives. A report says the number of people keeping cats and dogs in cities in China reached 68. 44 million. So more and more people choose to travel with their pets. 

Wang Wei, a 29-year-old man in Hangzhou, takes a trip with his pet dog twice a month. He joined a WeChat group of local pet dog owners a year ago. "We often take our dogs to the countryside. They enjoy running and playing in the fields and along clear rivers. It feels much better to walk the dog in quiet places with fresh air and beautiful environment than in a big city, " said Wang Wei. 

When he travelled with his dog, Wang Wei also found an interesting thing——Just like people, pets have different personalities too. Some are outgoing and like to make more friends, and others are introverted and like to stay alone. "As pet owners, we like to talk about our pet-keeping experiences. Also, it's interesting to hear people share their different life stories. We make more friends because of these meetings, " he added.

What does volunteering bring to me?

Volunteering is like a key and it opens a door to the world for me. 

March is the month to learn from Lei Feng in China. Lei Feng is probably one of the most famous Chinese soldier（士兵）. He helped many people during his 22years of life. Even though he died over 60 years ago, the"Lei Feng spirit" still encourages Chinese people to do volunteer work. In 1963, Chairman Mao called on the nation to learn from Lei Feng, and March 5th of every year has been named as"Lei Feng Day". 

During this month, a group of Malaysian（马来西亚的）students, studying at the Changsha Social Work College, volunteered to serve passengers at the Changsha Railway Station with their Chinese schoolmates. They carefully helped passengers get on the train safely and book tickets. They also provided waiting rooms for special passengers and solved problems for them. 

"I was so excited when I was called a'living Lei Feng'! That was the highest praise（赞扬）for me as a volunteer!" said Lan Zhicong, the Chinese name of an international student from Malaysia. He learnt about Lei Feng's stories when he was in Malaysia. After coming to Changsha, Lei Feng's hometown, he became a" living Lei Feng" and continued the" Lei Feng stories" with his actions. "Volunteering is about giving, but I' ve gotten a lot, too, " he said. 

This year, Changsha Social Work College held an activity called" Learn from Lei Feng in Lei Feng's hometown". Many volunteer teams of teachers and students did different volunteer jobs at stations, communities or schools to pass on the Lei Feng spirit. 

In Changsha, everyone can be a" living Lei Feng". The students, like Lan Zhicong, truly enjoyed being volunteers. They realized helping others not only brings joy to people in need but also makes themselves happier. Let's all carry forward the Lei Feng spirit and make the world a better place. 

Do you often see people who take pictures of food for more than 10 minutes before eating? There or more like there must be one or more li ke them in your social media（社交媒体）. Whatever they choose to share, they share the  (good) but the most unreal. 

My friend Chen is such  example. Every time we went to a restaurant, she would not eat anything  all the dishes were on the table. Then, she would spend five minutes  (put) these dishes in a wonderful way. During the meal, she was taking pictures while we  (eat). After that, she would choose one of the  (photo) and click the filter（滤镜）app. 

Many people care too much about others' opinions and try hard  (please)others. That's they are afraid to show their real life on the social media. Sometimes, what they are trying so hard to show off（炫耀）is often what they don't have in their real life. But this will not make any difference their real life, because they always follow the same old way of life. So being more confident（自信）, accepting  (them) and trying their best to be better are much more meaningful than beautifying their life on social media.
