The cost of raising a child is the highest in South Korea and China, according to a new report by Beijing's YuWa Population Research Institute. 

The institute compared costs using different countries' GDP per person. GDP per person is the total value（价值）of all the work done and things made in a country in one year, divided by the number of people who live there. And the report said the average（平均的）cost of raising a child in South Korea to the age of 18 is 7. 8 times the country's GDP per person. 

In China, the average cost of raising a child is about $75 000, which is more than 6. 3 times the GDP per person. It's even more expensive to raise a child in Chinese cities, with an average cost of almost $94 000. 

South Korea and China both have very low birth rates（比率）. South Korea's is the lowest in the world — and with those costs, it might be easy to see why. 

Japan also has a low birth rate, but it costs about 4. 3 times the GDP per person to raise a child there. It's 4. 1 times in the USA, and 2. 1 times in Australia. 

But it's not only money that parents have to spend — it's time too. And this is another reason young people are choosing not to have children, according to the institute. 

For example, the report showed that in China, between 2010 and 2018, the amount of time parents spent helping their children with their homework increased from less than four hours to almost six hours per week. 

Sun Ruifeng, a mother in Beijing, changed some of her plans for her 8-year-old son's weekends. She1 a math tutoring course (培训课程), but in the end, she changed it to a swimming training class.

People have different ideas after hearing the plan. Some welcome the plan. A bus driver said happily, "What a good plan! I think it will make the street  safer. " Some are not happy with the new rule at all. One rider said sadly, "I don't want to get a license. That's not easy for me to get . " Some don't care about it. A young rider said calmly, "I prefer to use shared bikes. "

It is a virtue (美德) to care for the old people. And we should show our love  the old people around us.

Last Sunday, I went to visit my grandparents. They were both happy to see me. I  (give) them the gifts that I made by (my) and talked with them. In the afternoon, I went shopping with them. I made a few special  (dish) for them and then we had dinner together. My grandparents and I really enjoyed ourselves that day.

Planning a perfect weekend trip can be easy if you follow these simple steps. 

 First, think about what you want to do. Do you want to relax on the beach, go hiking in the mountains or visit a new city? Your interests will help you choose the right place.

 Once you have chosen a place, you need to decide how to get there. If it's a short distance, you can drive your car. If it's far, you can take a train or a bus. Remember to book your tickets early to avoid last-minute problems.

 Next, plan your activities. Make a list of the things you want to do and see. For example, if you are going to a city, you can visit museums, parks or famous landmarks. If you are going to the mountains, you can plan a hiking route. But don't plan too many activities. You need time to relax too.

 Then, pack your bags. Check the weather of the place you are going to and pack appropriate clothes. Don't forget to take important things like your ID card, phone, charger and some cash. If you are going hiking, take a map, water and snacks.

 Finally, enjoy your trip! Don't worry too much about small problems. The most important thing is to have fun and make good memories.
