Also, pay closer attention to those everyday things that will make us angry. We may get angry in the long lines at the store. Take a step back and think that it isn't personal. Everyone in the line has dinner to make, just like us. 

One way of dealing with anger is to talk about it. The study shows that if we name our feelings, we can actually calm ourselves down and feel better. Do some controlled breathing or find some physical activities. Exercise helps with the feelings of anger. 

If we know what to do with anger, we will be happier and healthier. 

Saying "I am sorry" means apologizing. It is not always easy to apologize to someone, but it can help make things better. 

Sometimes we do things we should not do. You might fight with a friend and say bad things to her. You might break a rule at school. When you know you did something wrong, apologizing is the right thing to do. 

Sometimes accidents（小事故）happen. When you walk on the street, you might step on someone's foot. It is still a good idea to apologize. You can apologize like this, "I wish that did not happen. "

Sometimes you do not start the conflict（纠纷）. You might get angry and throw your classmate's book away if he says something bad to you. You might think, "I did not start it, so I don't have to apologize. " The student is wrong to say bad things to you, but it's not right for you to throw his book away. You should also apologize for what you did wrong. 

Apologizing does not help much when you aren't sorry. Take some time to calm down and think about what happened. Then try apologizing. You will feel better about yourself and you will know you did the right thing. So, apology can make the world harmonious（和谐的）. 

Having a strong body and good mental（心理的）health is important. Recently a new survey looked into（调查）teenagers' mental condition in 28 places in China and got answers from more than 21, 500 teenagers. 

Have you ever tried to hide（隐藏）your emotions from someone during a conversation?  

"Scientists from the Ohio State University have found that people are able to know other people's emotions according to changes in the colour of their faces, " The Guardian reported. They studied pictures of people's facial expressions. 

For example, happiness makes our faces red around the cheeks and temples and a little blue around the chin. 

"We believe these colour patterns（模式）are because of small changes in blood flow（血液流动）, " scientist Aleix Martinez told The Guardian. 

But this brings the question: Is it just the colour, or also facial expressions, that help people tell others' emotions? 

To find this out, scientists added colour patterns to pictures of faces that showed no facial expressions.  Those people were able to tell the emotions right 75 percent of the time. 

This may explain why there are some Chinese sayings about emotions and the colour of one's face. For example, when two people are fighting about something, we say they are mian hong er chi.  

Sammie Vance, 14, knows there's nothing worse than being without friends. So, she always helps 1 kids. She is running the Buddy Bench 2 .

 The Sahara Desert is the biggest desert in the world. It is more than 9, 000, 000 square kilometres in size. This is almost the size of China. The desert covers 11 countries in the north of Africa. 

The Nile runs through the Sahara Desert all year round. There are also other rivers running through it seasonally. The geography of the desert includes dunes（沙丘）. Some of the dunes are so huge that they can even be over 152 meters high. When you go on a visit in the Sahara Desert, you may feel you are in a sea of sand. However, there are also other amazing landforms（地形）in different parts of the desert.

①There may be no place more dangerous than Death Valley（死亡谷）. Death Valley is the hottest and the driest place in North America. 

②Death Valley isn't an easy place to live in. It gets less than two feet of rain a year and it's hot, too. In July, temperature often gets over 46℃. Even a lake there has turned into salt crystals（晶体）. But it is cold at night. When it gets cold enough, the water on the ground will turn into thin ice. Then the strong wind—like a large hand—can move the rocks along the icy ground. That is why the rocks can "walk" on their own in Death Valley. 

③The weather condition in Death Valley is terrible, but there is still full of lives. Nothing can stop plants and animals from making it their home. People have found more than 1, 000 kinds of plants there. It also has 51 kinds of mammals（哺乳动物）, 6 kinds of fish, and more than 300 kinds of birds. The animals aren't all small, either.
