What is tanghulu made of?

Whatever the truth is, tanghulu becomes very popular. You can see it in theatres, streets, and teahouses.

Today, kids are growing up with fast food and junk food being available (可获得的) all around them. Unhealthy eating will lead to serious health problems. When learning to cook, kids will care more about the nutrients of the food and eat healthily. Second, spending time in the kitchen gives kids confidence (信心). When they cook a new dish, they will feel that they learn something important and believe that they can do something all by themselves. Then, they'll take this confidence with them to school and dare (敢于) to try new things. Third, learning to cook is a great way for kids to build good relationships (关系) with their family and friends. When cooking together, they can share stories about their favourite dishes and how they learn to cook. As well as stopping everyone from becoming bored, cooking helps people become closer.

As you can see, there are so many reasons why kids should learn to cook. Now, try it yourself.

Then, how much time should you spend on each part of a writing exam? Here's my plan. If I have forty minutes to finish a writing exam, I will divide (分配) it this way:

●Planning—twenty minutes. During this time, I will carefully analyze (分析) the topic. For example, if it's an essay about a memorable trip, I'll think about the places I visited, the people I met, and the most interesting things that happened. I'll make a simple outline to organize my thoughts.

●Writing—fifteen minutes. With a clear plan in mind, I can write smoothly (顺利地). I'll use proper words and sentences to express my ideas, and try to make my writing lively and attractive.

●Checking—five minutes. In this period, I'll check for spelling and grammar mistakes, and make sure my sentences flow (流畅) well.

Although I spend too much time in planning, a good plan is truly useful because it's the key to success. It gives me enough time to know what I am going to write before I begin.
