Start the journey of making a to-do list

It's easy to get nervous when you have a lot on your plate. By erating a clear to-do list, you can stay on top of important things and feel prepared. 

These tasks can cover everything from simple things such as"taking a shower" to difficult ones such as"preparing a presentation for next English class". Just write everything down. It will make sure you don't forget anything.

On my 35th birthday, I gave myself my first skateboard. Most of my friends and family thought I was mad, but only I knew why. 

Two years ago, I suddenly fell down a 12-meter waterfall and broke my leg. I went from using a wheelchair（轮椅）to using crutches（拐杖）, and finally walking slowly. I needed to do exercise to make my leg strong again. So why not do it in an interesting way? I wanted to learn to skateboard when I was a kid, but I spent most of my time dancing. In my opinion, skating was very similar to dancing.
