Everyone in our school loves sports. Every morning after we get up, we do morning exercises. After the second class, we do exercises again. We only have PE classes twice a week, but we do physical training at five every afternoon.

Every morning, lots of people in China do Taichi (太极).  Taichi is also good exercise for old people. It is healthy and relaxing.

Taichi is from China. It has a history of hundreds of years.  That means it is slow and calm (缓慢而平静的).  For example, Shaolin Kung Fu has a history of over 1,500 years and it is a "hard" martial art ("硬"武术).  You have to be very healthy and strong to do "hard" martial arts.
