Students are often very busy. It is difficult for them to get away from bad eating habits. But having a healthy diet(饮食) can help them to feel better. It isn't really hard to get started. 

 When there isn't enough time to sit down and enjoy your breakfast, just have a piece of bread and some juice. You can keep some of these things in your room. 

 If you really want to have some unhealthy food, you can choose it wisely. For example, choose pizza with less cheese. And don't eat French fries or fried chicken too much because there is a lot of fat in them. 

When watching a movie at home, you'd always like to have some snacks and it is fine. However, you'd better choose snacks such as fresh fruit, but not potato chips. 

Your body needs at least eight glasses of water a day. If you exercise regularly, you need to drink more water.

Fights at school sometimes happen. But how can you keep away from a fight? Here's something you can do.

Teachers and schools try different kinds of ways to stop students from cheating in exams. But some students always find new ways to cheat in their exams. It's like a race between them. 

Recently, a university in the Philippines has come up with a new way to stop cheating. That is: The university asks its students to create their own anti-cheating hats to wear during exams. This new idea to stop students from cheating soon became very popular. 

The method came from Mary Joy Mandane- Ortiz, a professor of the university. And she got inspiration(灵感) from a university in Thailand. She saw a photo on the internet, showing a room of students at the Thai university taking test papers while wearing"ear flaps". They were made from pieces of paper and stuck to each side of their heads to stop seeing others' papers. So Professor Mandane- Ortiz decided to ask her students to do the same. The students were excited about the work. They made their hats out of cardboard, egg boxes and other recycled materials(可回收的材料). 

The method worked out pretty well. The students did better this year because the strict examination conditions made them work harder. What's more, most of them finished their exams early, and nobody was caught cheating. Professor Mandane- Ortiz also called on schools and universities in other parts of the country to encourage their own students to wear anti-cheating hats. "Again, the anti- cheating hat not only reminds students not to cheat, but makes them study hard, " said Professor Mandane- Ortiz. "Let us value integrity(正直) and honesty. "

A strange way to get relaxed has become popular in cities across China. That is hugging trees. Young people feel comfortable after tree-hugging.

Everyone has his or her favourite food.

"Cross-bridge rice noodles" is the name of a special dish in Yunnan. It is also a symbol of the traditional culture of Yunnan. The dish is usually made of chicken soup, meat, (vegetable) and rice noodles.

Can Virtual Reality(VR) help in schools?

①Virtual Reality is a technology that lets people experience a 3D world that looks and feels real. While VR is popular in games and entertainment(娱乐), more schools are thinking about using it to make learning better. 

②Many people believe that VR can make lessons more exciting. For example, students can visit historical places like the Great Wall of China or the pyramids(金字塔) of Egypt without leaving their classroom. They can explore space or dive under the ocean, experiencing things that would be impossible in real life. VR also allows students to practise dangerous tasks safely. For example, they can learn how to deal with emergencies like earthquakes or fires without any real danger.
