In life, it's important for you to express your thoughts clearly. Also, another thing you should learn to express clearly is your feeling.

"Happiness" is a great feeling that comes when you are happy with your situation. When you receive a present that you like, you feel happy.

"Sadness" has to do with dissatisfaction (不满) with a result. There are different degrees of sadness. Deeper sadness, however, happens when you experience a bad situation that has a long-lasting influence.

"Fear" is another word to describe a feeling. You may feel it when facing an emotional threat (威胁) as well. For example, a physical threat that might make you feel fear is a dog or a car. However, you might also feel fear if you face the threat of losing something valuable.

This kind of feeling is triggered (触发) when you face the threat of harm or danger. For example, if someone copies your answers in a test, you will feel angry.

You may feel surprised when you experience something unexpected. In other cases, this kind of feeling refers to something unhappy, in which cases it's more like a shock.

Some young people believe that with the popularization of AI translation tools, the need to learn foreign languages is greatly reduced. After all, an APP on a smartphone can translate different languages quickly, helping people who speak different languages communicate. In addition, AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and many other such tools or websites can help people realize all kinds of ideas, such as writing, drawing, making videos, searching for materials, and analyzing data. Most AI tools can help with writing in any language. Some teenagers think the ability to write in a foreign language or a native language is not important, as long as they can use AI tools. They no longer need to spend a lot of time learning these "fungible" skills.

However, other young people have different ideas. They believe that improving information literacy (信息素养) and the ability to control AI technology is more important in the time of AI. This includes not only basic computer skills, but also thinking and moral judgment (道德判断). Students should be prepared to live with AI, learn knowledge, use AI, and even develop new AI tools.

On the fifth day a tragedy (悲剧) happened. I put my face so close to the glass farm that I knocked it over. All the tunnels fell down. Although the ants remained alive after the earthquake, one by one they began to die. I was scared as I watched them give up building their tunnels to carry bodies to a corner of the farm. My mother said that the ants were dying of sadness. They simply could not understand why their tunnels were gone.

Although much time has passed, I still think of that ant farm which taught me much.

After that happened, I came to realize the importance of teamwork. Working together, the ants were able to make a wonderful home for themselves. I also learned that they should be admired for their hard work.

But there was an even larger lesson that I did not realize until recently: Adversity (逆境) is a natural part of life, and must be accepted. Unlike the ants, we cannot give up when we are sad. If a tunnel is gone, we can build another. Giving up, I say, is not a good choice.

It is true that these modern ways of communicating have their own3. We can talk to people all over the world even in a few4. Communicating with people by sending text messages or emails can help us save time and receive a5 as soon as possible. We can also6 mistakes in our emails before sending them. But if we make a mistake in a letter, we have to cross it out or start again.

Photography(摄影) can be overwhelming(无法抗拒的) for beginners and also for more skilled photographers. From where I stand, you may have one chance to take pictures of a specific(具体的) subject. But if you don't understand your camera, this chance can pass in front of you and I don't suppose you might get the picture that you were expecting. 

Sometimes, photographers are intimidated(恐吓) by the subject, by other photographers, by negative thoughts that lead them to think that they might not be good enough, and some are afraid of making mistakes. Once I heard a very rich man say, "I am excited that today I am going to make so many mistakes, and I will learn from them. " People that excel in their fields are those who keep practising, get trained and learn from mistakes. Even if they fall, they have the courage to stand up again and continue moving forward. This is right not only to photography, but to life itself. 

Photography is my interest, and I learned that when you are a photographer, you see the world in a different way:I imagine everything I see in the frame(相框). And I like helping other people and teaching what I know, My knowledge of photography has been developing through the years, and I can tell you through experience that the best way to go from not too bad pictures to great pictures is to practise as much as possible.
