The bear is a kind of large strong animal. There are many kinds of bears. People can find them in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Bears usually have a big body with short legs. They can stand up on their back legs. Usually bears can climb and swim very well. 

Bears' fur is very thick (厚的) and it can keep them warm. The biggest bear is the polar bear (北极熊). They live in the snow and ice. You can hardly see polar bears in the snow because the colour of their body is similar to that of the snow. The sun bear is the smallest bear. American black bears only live in North America. Their fur is usually black, but it is not always this colour. 

Most bears usually sleep for the whole winter. Before they start to sleep, they eat a lot and become very fat. The mother bear has babies then. The babies are"blind" when they' re born.

Welcome to Cool School.  The following rules are for you at Cool School.  Please read them carefully (认真地). 

First, you need to clean your hands before you go to school.  You have to get here before eight.  You can wear clean clothes.  Boys can't have long hair.  You can wear glasses in class, but you can't wear hats. 

You need to arrive on time for the beginning of every lesson. You should put the books and other school things on the desks. Please stand up when a teacher comes into the classroom. Keep quiet when your teacher is speaking. 

Don't eat in your classroom, but you can drink there. Please remember that you have to eat at school at noon. You can't take food out from the dining hall. 

Don't leave the school on school days if your teacher doesn't agree (同意). Don't bring your computers or mobile phones to school.

Cool School

There are many rules we have to follow in our daily life.  I have to say that rules make us better. 

The rules in the library. We shouldn't eat or play games in the library.  Of course, we can't talk on the phone in it, either.  The library is a place for people to read books or study. 

 Different homes have different rules.  The most common (最常见的)  rules for students at home can be getting up at a certain (固定的)  time and finishing our homework before going to bed.  They are good for us and we have to follow them. 

I'm Bob and I'm a student of No. 2 Middle School.  We have a lot of 1 in our school.  I think some of the rules are good for us, but others are not so good. 

We have to 2 the school uniforms.  I think it's good.  If we don't have this rule, some students will think more about their clothes,  but not study.  We 3 at six in the morning.  Then we 4 at school before 7o' clock.  We can't be 5 for school.  And we have to listen to the teachers in class.  All of these rules are good for our study and I like them. 

We can't6 mobile phones to school.  I don't think it's a good idea.  Sometimes our 7 are busy and can't get home on time.  They need to 8 us about that.  If we don't take phones, 9 can they call us?Also, we can't go to the movies on weekends. I know we should study hard, but we need 10 to relax, too.

Fu Bao was the first little panda born(出生) in Korea 2 July 2020. It lived in Everland with its parents until April 3, 2024. 3 parents are still on a visit to the Republic of Korea now.

Does it snow in your city? In many places, it  every winter. Snow can be fun, but it can also make things harder. 

Snow brings  much fun. Some children are usually excited when they see snowflakes (雪花) falling down from the sky. They love winter just because they can make snowmen.  you like playing with snow? My brother likes playing in the snow, and skiing is my  favourite outdoor activity. 

However, snow makes some things harder. It  not easy to walk in deep snow. Also, it is hard to see things clearly when it snows. People need to  slowly and carefully. Too much snow might be very . Heavy snow can break tree branches (树枝). If there is too much snow on the roof(屋顶), it may break . 

People can do many  to help themselves keep safe on snowy days. For example, they can snow on snowy days.
