Kingsley Lake is one of the best fishing places in Florida, but few people know what really makes it special is its unusually round shape. The lake may be the roundest lake in the world. In fact, we can only see its round shape when we are high above the lake.

What caused Kingsley Lake to have this special shape? Some people think humans changed its structure. However, in fact, humans didn't do anything to the lake. People believe it formed as a sinkhole(落水洞). It also appears that the movement of rocks gave the lake its present shape.

According to the survey, the lake has an unchanging water level because of its drainage(排水) system. This system helps the floodwater easily run from the lake to the areas around.Also, the lake has many shallow(浅的) water areas, so it can be filled with water again.

Kingsley Lake is now a famous tourist place. Each year, it attracts about 120,000 tourists on average. It also provides home for a lot of endangered animals.

Daniel was a shy boy who often sat quietly in the classroom, watching other children laugh and play together. He wanted to make friends, but he was too shy to start a conversation.During the group work, no one wanted to work with him, so he felt sad. That afternoon, he went home with a heavy heart. Tears rolled down his cheeks as he thought,"No one likes me."
