What's your dream job？How much do you know about it？A group of students from Tianjin found a common problem among teenagers—Most of them have little idea about their plans for jobs. 

To guide teenagers to make job plans，the students started a project. "Our survey shows 72% of the students want to know more about different jobs. Doctors are the top one，followed by teachers，accountants (会计)，lawyers and so on，" said Wang Xinran，the project leader. 

The team interviewed 32 professionals (专业人士) in different fields and posted their interviews online. They shared true stories behind each job，allowing students to learn about the jobs fully. 

A team member Lu Jinyan said his most unforgettable interview was with a photographer. "I used to think being a photographer was cool and romantic (浪漫的). But now I know they have to deal with lots of problems，such as a sudden change of weather or the damage to the camera，" Lu said. "They also need to communicate with different people，which is not easy. "

But the project doesn't mean to let the students down by telling them the truth. "We want to show the professionals' love and hard work rather than the bad sides，" said a member Zhao Yajie. "Jobs can not only enrich (丰富) teenagers' life experiences，but help them make quick progress. They are the real meaning of working. We really hope our project can help students know that. "

Last weekend，I watched a great movie called Ballerina (《了不起的菲丽西》). It tells me how important a dream is. 

Felicia，a young girl，grew up in an orphanage (孤儿院). She wore old clothes and had to do a lot of housework. But she dreamed of going to a dance school in Paris and becoming a ballet (芭蕾) dancer. People in the orphanage knew Felicia's dream，but they all laughed at her. Only her best friend Victor said Felicia's dream would come true. Victor made a flying machine by himself. Using this machine，Felicia and Victor flew out of the orphanage and went to Paris. 

To learn ballet，Felicia told others that her name was Camille and that she was from a rich family. Later，however，the teacher learned that Felicia told a lie. He asked Felicia to join in a dance competition. If she won the competition，she could stay there. But Felicia didn't win. She went back to the orphanage，but kept practising every day. The gatekeeper (门卫) saw her hard work and took Felicia back to Paris. Felicia joined in the competition again. This time，she showed her marvelous dance. Through years of hard work，Felicia became a real ballet dancer at last. 

If you want to make your dream come true，you have to work hard. Feel your dream with your heart，and follow it. Never give up—that is what the movie has taught me. 

We asked 200 people of different ages about resolutions，and here are the results. 

When I was seven，I was badly sick. I had to spend much time in the 1 . At last，I got better and was 2 to go home. However，at eleven，my sickness came back.
