These days, DeepSeek has received a lot of attention on the Internet. So what is DeepSeek? It's a Chinese AI company founded by a man called Liang Wenfeng on July 17, 2023. The team of researchers have studied in the top universities in China and have no oversea（海外的）educational background, and most' of them are under 34 years old. They are also very good at math, physics and coding（编程）. The company works on AI, especially big models（模型）. Think of it like building a super smart brain that can think and solve problems like humans. 

On January 20, 2025, DcepSeek made a new AI called DeepSeek-R1. It can help people find information and summarize（总结）it, solve math problems, write code, and answer questions like top models such as OpenAI's ChatGPT-4. 0. This made the whole world completely surprised, because it costs much less to build. It only took the team $5. 58million (1/70 of OpenAI's cost) and 2, 048 computer chips（芯片）, and two months to create it. This shows that good ideas can beat big money. On its first day online, over 19, 000programmers around the world started projects to study it. Even a top scientist from Meta(a famous U. S. tech company) said, "This kind of free AI could change the world. "

As a DeepSeek engineer said, "We want AI to be a friend, not something only rich people can use. " With DeepSeek-R1, China tells the world that great things come from new ideas and hard work, not just money. 

No one wakes up feeling happy every day. Even some people who seem always happy are not different. However, they never stop trying to be happy. Here are some of the habits of happy people. 

 Sometimes we think too much. We don't have time to look around. Happy people know how to enjoy the taste of their meal, enjoy the world's colors; even just step outside to enjoy fresh air slowly. 

Getting your body moving for as little as 10 minutes can make. you happy. Happy people exercise regularly and keep on it because they know it will help them get in good mood and stay in good mood. 

Research shows that spending money on others makes you much happier than spending it on yourself. This is especially true of small things that show effort, such as going out of your way to buy your friend a book that you. know he or she will like best. 

 When you sleep, your brain restarts and cleans itself. Your energy, attention and memory all go down when you don't sleep well. Happy people make sleep a first thing of all.

 Yosemite National Park is such a park in California; the USA. It has four visitor centers. The visitor centers show photos, maps, short videos and films: The resources（资料） help visitors learn about the history of the park and the wildlife there. People can also use the resources at the visitor centers to plan their visit. They can learn about all the places in Yosemite. 

Many national parks have park rangers（护林员）.  Yosemite's park rangers tell visitors about the plants and animals they might see during their visit. They often lead hikes（远足）.  They also lead nature walks through Yosemite Valley. They provide information about the park's wildlife: This helps visitors find and enjoy wildlife in a safe way. 

National parks are places where all people can enjoy nature. These" outdoor classrooms" provide many different kinds of resources. No matter which national park you visit, you're sure to learn something. 

Have you seen the clay soldiers in Xi' an's terracotta museum? Do you know the true colors of them?

More than 2, 000 years ago, Qin Shihuang, the first emperor of China, ordered people to build the Terracotta Army. He hoped that the army would guard him after he died. 

In 1974, some farmers found several clay soldiers by accident in Xi' an. After that, about 8, 000 more were found by archeologists（考古学家）. Today, the clay soldiers in Xi' an's terracotta museum are light brown. But they weren't always this color. When they were made, they had the colors of white, green, blue, red, purple and yellow. Sadly, most of the colors disappeared today. 

An area with more than a hundred clay soldiers was discovered by archeologists a few years ago. Many of them still had black hair, pink faces and black or brown eyes when they were found. If they were not protected well, their colors would disappear, too. After a clay soldier was found, archeologists used two steps to keep its color. First, they sprayed（喷）a special" water" on it. Then, they covered it in plastic. 

Archeologists are facing a new challenge now. They are going to find a way to put the colors onto the clay soldiers again. If they succeed in doing it, people will be able to see what the clay soldiers originally（最初）looked like. It must be very amazing. 

When it comes to warm-weather activities that are good for your health, you probably think of walking, climbing or running. But there's another beloved activity - - - gardening. 

A busy day in the garden can be a good form of exercise. It is helpful for your physical health. People breathe deeper when they are outside. As people breathe deeper, the oxygen. （氧气）level in their blood slowly increased, making them feel excited. 

Spending time outdoors has been shown to help lift spirits and lower levels of stress. After a working day in the hospital, I would spend an hour or so in my garden. I find that pulling grass can be relaxing after a long day. It provided me with the chance to slow down, plan or work out a problem in my mind. 

Gardening can also bring people together and make social connections stronger. The gardening community is rich with people willing to share their knowledge, time and sometimes plants with new gardeners. Many gardening friendships begin with celebrating a success or regretting a gardening mistake. The friendships that I've made have been the best gift that gardening has given me. During spring, my friends and neighbors plan our vegetable gardens together. In summer, we share flowers with each other. In fall, we hold a big party to enjoy the fruits or vegetables together. These activities improve the joy we get out of the garden and bring us closer together.

Wearing traditional Chinese clothes on trips is getting popular among young Chinese people. It shows their love  China's culture. Zhao Xi, a 27-year-old girl, recently  to Chengdu wearing a traditional dress called mamianqun. "It was not common to see people in traditional clothes on the streets a few years ago. But now it's normal, " she said  . 

Wang Fei, a cultural expert, says, "Traditional clothing is a part of our history, and it's great to young people taking an interest in it. It's not just about clothes; it's  carrying forward the stories and values they reprosent（代表）. Young people born in the 1990s and 2000s like to wear these clothes  they travel. It's not only for taking  but also a way to learn about the history and meaning of the clothes. "

As China's young people continue to show  understanding of culture through fashion（时尚）, traditional clothing is getting more popular. It is serving as a  between the past and the future. And it keeps the  history of Chinese culture a part of our everyday lives. This helps to keep the beauty of Chinese culture alive for everyone to enjoy.
