The subway(地铁)is cheap, fast and comfortable. But some people play music or videos(视频) loudly on the subway, do you  unhappy then?It's not a problem now. There are some new rules for the subway in many cities. 

The  (one)new rule is "no using loudspeakers(扬声器)". Subway riders must follow it when they (take)the  subway. They (have)to use the earphones(耳机)when they listen to music or watch movies on  (they)phones. If some people don't follow this rule, those subway  (work)can stop them and take them to the police. 

There  (be)also some other rules. People cannot bring bikes into the subway station. People cannot eat  drink in subway cars. 

Many people (understand)and welcome the rules.  they think the rules can help subway riders. They also need the same rules on buses and trains. 

Rick Hoyt is American. He is in a wheelchair because he has got cerebral palsy(脑瘫). He can't talk so he uses a computer to communicate(交流)with people. Rick is a happy and successful man. He has a job at a school. Rick loves sport too, and he takes part in( 参 加 )triathlons  (铁人三项) . 

Triathlons?In the triathlon, people swim 4 km, cycle(骑自行车)180 km, and then run a marathon, 42 km. Rick can't swim, cycle or run because he is in a wheelchair. So how can he take part in a triathlon?

Rick can take part because he does it with his father, Dick Hoyt. In the swimming, Rick lies in a small boat and Dick swims and pulls(拉)him. In the cycling, Rick sits in a special seat on the front of Dick's bike. And in the running, Dick pushes( 推 )him in his wheelchair. Together, they are"Team Hoyt". 

Of course, Team Hoyt never wins(赢)the race. The winner of a triathlon usually finishes in about nine hours. The Hoyts usually take about 14 or 15 hours. "That's right, "says Dick. "Rick and I never win. But we think that we always win. "

Jogging is good for us. It helps us live longer and more healthily. It's easy to do and it's free. You do not have to spend money jogging. You can do it in a park or even in your home. But many people find it boring after jogging for a while. Then how can we keep jogging fun? 

Wear your favorite sports clothes and shoes when you jog. 

 You can go to different parks. You can enjoy the fresh air there. And you may have something interesting to see, like beautiful flowers or lovely animals. 

Listen to your favorite music.  It can help you run farther without feeling bored. 

Make friends while jogging.  Try to join a running club, or invite(邀请)an old friend to jog with you. You can feel much happier

The more you go jogging, the healthier you will feel. Just try it!

There is a big library in our school. It's across from the school dining hall. It is a wonderful place for us to read and study. However, there are some rules we have to follow when we are in the library. 

First of all, a book is a gift, so we have to use it with care. We can't write or draw on the books, And we can't fold(折叠)the pages

Second, we have to retun(归还)the books on time. We can keep a book for two weeks. 

Third, we have to keep the library clean. We can't eat in the library. If we take snacks or drinks, we should leave them outside. We should also put the books back in the right places after reading them. 

Finally, we can't take too many books at a time so that others can borrow the books. We should also be polite. We shouldn't talk loudly(大声地)or run in the library.
