Even though there might be some problems, I still decided to follow an online workout program to do some exercise. After the first period of training, I felt it very practical and helpful when I put in the right amount(量) of work along with a strong will. Compared with going to the gym, using online videos to work out is a much cheaper and time-saving choice. But it can be difficult sometimes when I'm too lazy or too busy to stick to it. 

Chinese shadow puppetry(皮影戏) is one of the oldest forms of storytelling using light and shadow. Shadow puppets are made of different materials and are  different shapes, from hard leather(皮革) to paper, a person to an animal. Each puppet(paint) in bright colors and put on a stick.

As teens today become more connected with social media, they are becoming addicted(上瘾的). Social media platforms such as TikTok have made it worse. Ftəm jokes to cosplay to science, the app has it all. With its continuous scralling(滚动), music and joy never stops. You could never call TikTok boring.

From friendships to work stress, more Chinese people are now usingAI tools, like DeepSeek. to talk about their problems. They share feelings with the chatbot(聊天机器人) and get warm advice. This is called"AItherapy (疗愈)", which is becoming popular online. But can robots really take the place of human therapist?

Around the world, 45 percent of people who needed mental (心理的)health care in 2024 did not get it because it was too expensive or there weren't enough psychologist(心理医生), according to Huntington Psychological Services. Daniel Lowd, a professor at the University of Oregon, believes AI could help fill this gap. "If people can find some support and ideas by talking to ChatGPT or chatbot Claude, then I think that's wonderful, " Lowd told Newsweek. Li Yong, a doctor at the Jiangsu Province Hospital, agreed with Lowd, saying that AI meets people's needs for emotional (情绪上的) support to a point.

People of all ages like this movie.  It shows us that if we are brave(勇敢的), we can beat(打败)any problem. More and more people are going to the cinema to see" Ne Zha 2", and it becomes a popular talk among movie fans. 

Jenna had a wonderful volunteer experience in teaching English to the children of Samara, Costa Rica. Samara was an island of love and happiness. It was impossible to see the anger or worry through people's eyes and looks. The children at school were very easy to be happy. A smile could light them up. 

Jenna's first week started with an English Sports Camp. Each morning she gave them a lesson. The teaching was difficult because some children were poor in their own language. After lunch, she took them to play and taught them new games and sports. She worked from 8: 30 a. m. to about 4 p. m. She felt the camp was a success because the children always came back with smiles and eagerness (渴望) to learn.
