The fish robot is about 1.5 meters long. It can swim as fast as swimmers at a speed (速度) of 0.5 meters a second (秒). There is a detector (探测器) in their bodies. The detector can find the pollution in the water, and then the fish robots will eat part of it. It can also help to find lives in the water and bring them to the beach.

The robots all have a special battery (电池). Because of it, the robots can "swim" for eight hours in the sea freely and don't get tired from doing the same stroke (泳姿) again and again. So, they send back information to people on the beach efficiently (高效地). When their energy runs down, they will go back to the beach by themselves. But the study shows that these robots have some flaws. Scientists say there are still some things that need to be improved. The robots are not ready to take the place of humans.

Now, there are five fish robots in all. The cost (花费) of them is too high now. Each costs about 29, 000 dollars. They are part of a three-year program between engineering company BMT Group and Essex University in England.

Last week, I read a story" The Boy Who Stopped Chasing Butterflies". After reading it, I was touched by the simple yet powerful (事实) hidden in the gardener's words. As a student facing daily pressures, I often find myself" chasing butterflies" without realizing it. 

Like the boy, I used to believe that if I wanted something, I had to run after it with all my strength. I tried hard to impress others, sometimes with (礼物) or nice words. But the more I tried, the further my goals (似乎) to slip away. 

The gardener's advice influenced me （深深）. Instead of running after others, we should focus on improving ourselves—just like planting flowers and watering them every day. When we grow our （善良）, honesty, the right people will come to us. It is the （相同）with friendships and dreams. If we want to succeed, don't always （比较）ourselves with others. Instead, we should"grow our gardens"by studying continuously, and being （耐心）with our progress. 

This story reminds me that real attraction comes from inner beauty. From now on, I want to be like a flower—quietly blooming and strongly rooted. And butterflies will （到达）in their own time.
