Li Ziqi is a famous Chinese video blogger（博主）who shows traditional Chinese culture to the world. She grows vegetables, raises (animal), and cooks delicious food (happy) in her videos. Her videos are quite peaceful but full of beauty. Many people say that her work helps them understand Chinese culture better than before. 

Li Ziqi started making videos in 2016.  first, she just used her phone to film everything by (she). Now, her videos (watch) by millions of fans online. She not only shares skills like farming and sewing but also teaches people (enjoy) natural life. There is no doubt that she (become) one of the most popular bloggers so far.

Peng Jingxuan is a 30-year-old Chinese girl. She once studied music in Paris. She has been working at spreading traditional Chinese music played to the world. She can often be found on French streets, wearing a silk Han Dynasty-style dress and playing the guzheng to passers-by. 

Born in 1995, Peng began to learn the guzheng when she was seven years old. After arriving in France in late 2017, she saw many people do street performances, but few of them knew about Chinese music. So she decided to play the guzheng on the streets. 

Peng made her first performance in front of a theater in October, 2018. After being asked plenty of times by local people about the guzheng, Peng carried a book to explain the instrument to foreigners. Later, she posted her first video of playing the guzheng online and it spread quickly. She has millions of fans on the Internet now. 

Local people show great interest in the guzheng after watching Peng's performances. "People come to me and praise me for the beauty of the guzheng and the music. Every time they ask me which country the guzheng comes from, I am very happy to tell them it's from China. "

Skateboarding includes many tricks such as the" ollie", "kickflip", and" grind". These moves require balance, creativity and exact footwork. Competitors perform movements on different courses:" Street"  （模仿街头障碍）and" Park"  （碗池场地）. Judges score them based on difficulty, speed and style. 

Skateboarding started in California, USA, in the 1950s. Young people used wooden boards with wheels to" surf" on land. By the 1970s, skate parks were built, and the sport grew rapidly. Today, skateboarding is not just a sport but also a culture, influencing music, art and fashion. 

Why did skateboarding join the Olympics? The International Olympic Committee (IOC)wants to interest young people. To become an Olympic event, a sport must have great popularity——practiced by men in 75 countries and women in 40 countries across several continents（洲）. Skateboarding met these rules.

Wanning is in Hainan Province, South China. It's super famous for tourism. There are all kinds of beautiful natural things like special mountains, rocks, hot springs, beaches, islands, rivers and waterfalls. In the past few years, its surfing（冲浪）and coffee culture have caught the eyes of people from all over the world. 

Riyue Bay in Wanning is really well-known for surfing in China. The waves there are long and strong, and the water is clear. It's good for surfing all year long. The waves are usually about two meters high on average（平均）. That's why surfing lovers think it's one of the best surfing bays in China. It often holds international surfing competitions and has become the center of China's surfing culture. 

When you get to Riyue Bay, you' ll surely be attracted by surfing. Under tall coconut trees, surf clubs put out colorful surfboards. Tourists walk and talk on the beach, having a great and relaxing time. And along the streets, there are lots of shops for learning surfing, renting cars and selling food. It looks so lively. 

After surfing, having a cup of coffee is a nice choice. Hainan has a long history of growing coffee, about a century. Some overseas Chinese who came back brought the ways of growing coffee to their hometowns. They mixed coffee culture with local life, and it has been a tradition until now. In Wanning, you can see coffee shops everywhere. In Xinglong town of Wanning with about 30, 000 people, there are over 200 coffee shops. Wanning has helped the coffee culture and tourism there grow a lot. 

①Bad moods（情绪）can be difficult for you and the people around you to deal with. However, people can't be happy all the time, and it is normal to have bad moods. The best way to improve moods changes from person to person, but trying the following methods can help you find what works for you!

②Do something you enjoy. This may sound unclear, but that's partly because different people have different interests. The key point is that doing something you enjoy will improve your mood by cutting your stress. You know your own interests better than anyone else, so think about what makes you feel happy and allow yourself to do that thing. 

③Make yourself laugh. Laughing can actually change the chemistry in your body. Things that can make you laugh may include: talking to a funny friend, watching a humorous video or a funny TV show, reading funny articles and so on. 

④Exercise. There is a strong relation between exercise and moods. Most people experience an improved mood within 5 minutes of exercise. There are many different kinds of exercise. You can choose running, swimming or dancing, any one of which can make your heart beat faster. Anything that elevates your heart rate（心率）may improve your mood. 

⑤Eat a healthy meal or snack. When you are hungry, it is easy for you to get angry. So food has something to do with moods. Eating a healthy meal can make you feel healthier and happier. Fruit and vegetables are good choices. Getting healthy fats can also make you feel full for long. However, avoid fat-free foods. They often don't have enough nutrition（营养）and may leave you feeling unhappy. 

In recent years, we have learned a lot about Yingge dance from social media. Its exciting performance at the 2025 Spring Festival Gala also impressed（给……留下深刻象） many people. 

This winter vacation, I went back to my hometown Shantou, a1 known for its rich culture and traditions. During my2 , I had the chance to3 Yingge dance up close.
