⑥What should you do about deepfakes? If you see something that looks fake, talk to an adult you trust. They can give you good advice. Fake photos or videos may cause harm when people share them a lot. So if something seems mean or hurtful, the best choice is not to share it.

Have you ever tried bathing only in rivers, lakes, or waterfalls for a year? Or have you cycled 7,600 kilometres across America on a bamboo bike for 104 days? These adventures sound crazy. But actually, they were done by Robin Greenfield. A lot of people know him because of his environment-friendly actions. 

One of his most famous adventures was the "Trash Walk" in Los Angeles in 2020. For 30 days, Robin collected every piece of trash he made. By the end of this adventure, he walked around cities wearing an eye-catching "trash suit", which was made of plastic bottles and cans. The strange clothes surprised people and made them talk about their own habits. He hoped people would see this and think "What would my trash suit look like? How much rubbish do I really produce?"

To help more people live greener, Robin has made a lot of efforts. He made teaching videos like The Story of Stuff to show where trash came from. He also wrote a book called Food Freedom to encourage people to grow their own food and buy from nearby farmers. And he donated most of his money to the communities so that they could grow their own healthy food in gardens. 

Through his actions, he inspires people worldwide to lead a zero-waste lifestyle. "If everyone does a little bit," he says, "we can make our planet cleaner." His story proves that everyone's efforts, combined with teamwork, can make a big difference all over the world.

Every afternoon after school, children played happily in the Giant's(巨人的) garden. It was a lovely garden with soft green grass, and twelve peach trees full of pink and white flowers. Birds sang sweetly in the branches(树枝). 

The Giant was away visiting a friend for seven years. When he came back, he saw children playing in his garden. "What are you doing here?" he shouted angrily. The children ran away in terror, as fast as they could. "My garden is my garden," he said. "Only I can play here." So he built a high wall around it and put up a sign.

After that, spring came everywhere, but in the Giant's garden, it was still winter. Birds did not sing, and trees did not flower. Only the cold north wind and snow visited. The Giant felt sad. He

wondered why spring never came.

One morning, he heard a bird singing beautifully. He looked out and saw children coming through a small hole in the wall. They sat in the trees, and where each child sat, the tree grew many flowers. Birds flew and sang happily. Only in one corner was it still winter. There, a little boy cried because he was too small to climb a tree.

The Giant felt sorry. "How selfish(自私的)I was!" he said. "Now I understand." He went down, gently helped the boy into the tree, and then knocked down the wall. "This garden is yours now, children," he said. From that day, the garden was always full of children's laughter, and spring stayed there forever.

Last winter, I volunteered at an animal center. One snowy afternoon, a thin, shaking dog 1 at the center's door. His big, sad eyes touched the heart of everyone. We let him in, dried his wet body, and gave him warm food. "Let's call him Lucky. Maybe we can turn his 2 around," said Anna, the center's manager.

"My birthday is in this week," Sara turned on the television. But almost every station was talking about the storm. "I can't even watch my favourite shows. This storm is ruining everything."

Her mother sat down. "The storm is ruining many things. Look! Those people are trying to save their houses. Could you imagine if we lost our home?"

Sara looked at the screen. She knew she'd be really worried if her family lost their home. "What's going to happen to those people?" Sara asked.

"Usually when there's a big storm like this, people raise money and send things to the people who lost their homes."

"What should I do?" Sara asked.

Her mother pointed to the screen. "Call this number, and you will know what you can do for them." Sara nodded, "And maybe I could send my birthday present to them. Those people need it more than I do."

Her mother smiled, "I'm really proud of you, Sara."

We all need to exercise. Doctors say it is good for us. It makes our heart and body strong. It also gives you more energy (能量). And you will feel better about yourself. It's best to exercise twice a week. Twenty minutes each time is enough.
