Did you know your clothes can be made from plastic bottles？It might sound strange，but it's true.
Fashion brand "JUMA" recently showed its newest clothes in Shanghai.All of them were made from recycled plastic bottles.Alia Juma.the company's designer，said： "We saw too many water bottles being thrown away.They take hundreds of years to break down.So we decided to use them to make clothes."
How do they do it？Here are the steps.First，workers wash the bottles and cut them into small pieces.Then，the pieces are shaped into small balls.
After that，these balls are melted （熔化） again to become thread （线）.Finally，the thread is used to make different kinds of clothes.
According to Juma，this new way helps protect our planet in many ways.For example，it can save 6.2 tons of water.
Some people may worry about wearing plastic clothes.But in fact，the plastic thread feels very soft，just like cotton，silk，or even wool.This kind of clothes is bringing a greener future for fashion.

Among the four seasons，one season stands out as the only one with two names：autumn and fall.Why is this？The answer is a mix of history，language and culture.
Harvest
Long ago，this season was called "harvest （丰收）".This is because it was time to gather crops （庄稼）.But as more people moved to cities， "harvest" became just about farming，not the season itself.People started using "autumn" and "fall" more.
Autumn
The word "autumn" comes from the Latin （拉丁语） word "autumnus".In the past，Romans used it to name the time when early rains began.Over time， "autumnus" changed to different words in different countries.Finally， "autumn" became a common word in English.
Fall
In the 16th century，people in England used "fall of the leaf" and "fall of the year" to name this season.Finally，they shortened （缩短） them to "fall".During the 17th century，English people moved to America.They brought both "fall" and "autumn" with them.Because "fall" was easier to say，it became more popular.
Today，people in the UK and the US use both words.In the US， "fall" is more common.But in the UK，it's the other way around.
