"So how  will you pay (支付) for it?" asks the shopkeeper. "I only have these seashells." The shopkeeper takes the seashells and counts them very carefully (仔细地). Then he says, "My lady, let me keep the seashells. Happy birthday to your little sister!"

After they go out of the shop, another clerk says, " do you sell it for just some seashells?" "For us it's  a doll, but for them, it's sister's love and the whole world of a little girl."

 People do many different kinds of things on this day. They enjoy flowers, eat Chongyang cakes and drink wine.

 It's very interesting. The best way to celebrate it is climbing hills or mountains. People think climbing hills or mountains will bring them good luck and help the old people live long lives. Double Ninth Festival is also a good time for a family to get together. And young people give presents and best wishes to the old.
