Mike likes playing basketball very much and he can play it well. But he doesn't like swimming because he thinks it's boring. In his free time, he usually plays basketball with his friends. Joe and Jeff both enjoy playing football and they don't like swimming either. They are both in the school football club and they usually play football after they do their homework. Andy and Laura love playing baseball. They think it is a fun sport. They are really good at it  

and they win many games. Steve's best friend,Tina, can play badminton(羽毛球) very well. She thinks badminton is an easy game. But her friends all say it is difficult. They can't play it well. Tina sometimes teaches them to play badminton. She is happy to play with them. She wants to be a great badminton player one day. 

Different students have different daily routines. How can they make good use of a day?

· Make a timetable. 

The timetable helps them arrange(安排)their school days well. First of all, it can help improve their health. With a timetable, students can build a good body even when they' re busy with their schoolwork.  It serves time for different things, so they know what to do at different times. 

·

A healthy body is important to students. Exercise can help students relax and stay in good health. They can dance, go swimming, or even run around the playground. 

· Set goals for the day. 

 Then they will get a sense of achievement(成就感). They can also set long-term goals for the week, the month or the term. 

· Review(复习) in time. 

To get better grades, students should think about what they have learned today before going to bed.

Hello,I'm Bob. There are three people in my family. They are my parents and I. Please look at our habits. 

My dad gets up early and has breakfast every morning. He is not healthy because he eats too much at night. 

My mum also gets up early. She eats breakfast with my dad. She sometimes goes to bed late. Why? Because she's a writer. Does she exercise? Not at all. It's not good for my mum.
