In a field in England, three little robots are given a great job. They need to find and kill grass before planting seeds in the soil. 

The robots are named Tom, Dick and Harry. Tom is the first of the three clever robots to start working.  He watches the crops carefully and collects the information about each plant. He can create a short introduction to each plant and even make decisions on what chemicals (化学药品) are needed for your crops. 

Dick does the dirty work. He can go to each plant that is doing bad to the crops and take it out. Plants that are good for the crops are left. He can spray (喷洒) things like chemicals in order to keep plants healthy. 

Harry is a planter.  He digs holes into the field and puts seeds into the ground, and records where he puts them. If a seed doesn't grow, he can easily travel there and plants a new seed. 

The smart robots are made by Small Robot. The British company says farmers could reduce costs by 40% and chemical usage by up to 95%.  The little robots allow farmers to free their soils from chemicals.  Using fewer chemicals is going to conserve much money and is good for the environment.  As well as reducing the use of chemicals, robots will bring us better soil quality and more plants and animals. 

"We have to change farming now, or else there won't be anything to farm, " says Small Robot.

Like people on the Earth, the astronauts also have three meals every day. Their food is stored in some special objects.  The astronauts need to heat their food before they eat. It takes them about 20 to 30minutes to finish this step.

We all know that things are easy to float in space, and so are the bodies of the astronauts.  To solve this problem, their bodies will be tied down when they sleep.  The astronauts have their bedtime. They usually sleep for 8 hours a day. 

Because of the effect of zero gravity (重力), the astronauts can't taking showers as usual. Water can't run the way it does on the Earth. So the astronauts have to use other methods to keep themselves clean.

For thousands of years, humans have explored the Earth. Nowadays, we are exploring space. Many astronomers are looking for new planets for humans to live in the future. But where do astronomers start looking?

First of all, astronomers look for a star. That's because our own Earth moves around a star(the Sun).  More importantly, it is the correct distance from the Sun for heat and light.  So when astronomers have found the star, they look at the planets around it.  In recent years, astronomers have found nearly 400 new planets with stars. However, many of these planets are either too near the star or too far away. 

However, if the planet is in a good position, astronomers look for three key things: water, air and rock. Water is essential because all life needs water. Humans can drink it and also grow plants with water. And plants produce air for humans to breathe and food to eat. Rock on a planet also plays a key role because there is often water under the rock. 

Astronomers have found a planet that is similar to the Earth.  It's Gliese 581g.  The astronomers think it has water and rock and the average temperature is between - 31℃ and - 12℃. That's cold, but not colder than Antaretica or the Aretic Circle. And Gliese 58lg is bigger than the Earth. A year on Gliese 581g is only 37 Earth days instead of 365. But astronomers do not think these are big differences and some of them think Gliese 581g will be a new Earth. 

Not long ago, a photo of the football players in my college showed up on my phone as a"memory", which was kept through the digital memory. I was surprised to see the photo at first and sweet memories came into my mind. 

In the photo, the players from the football team hugged together in excitement after they won the game. At that time, I took a photo of them with my phone. It recorded the friendship and the happiness. Then, I fell into the habit of taking photos of everything. More and more photos filled my phone so I almost forgot this photo. Thanks to the digital memory, I could enjoy the happy time again. 

People needed to make an effort to record things in the past.  But now we can do something like that easily through the digital memory. We put what we want to remember into our smartphones. Most of the photos that I have kept on my phones— and in the cloud now— bring happy memories back to me. 

However, not all the digital memories are happy. Some are sad. When I see the photos of my lost pet, I am worried. Because they make me recall something I want to forget. Usually, digital memories are sent to me non-stop and without any human-like feelings. That drives me crazy. It's hard to say clearly when the digital memory started madly. These digital memories, whether happy or sad, break into our lives. In my job as a reporter, I have spent the past five years taking different photos. They will always be there, whatever.
